Seaweed species are often regarded as an abundant marine bioresource, which have been used infood, industrial raw materials, agriculture and animal husbandry production and in therapeutic andbotanical applications for hundreds of years. Moreover,seaweed and seaweed-derived products havebeen widely used as amendments in crop production systems due to the presence of a number of plantgrowth-stimulating compounds. However, the biostimulatory potential of many of these products hasnot been fully exploited due to the lack of scientific data on growth factors present in seaweeds and theirmode of action in affecting plant growth. The products process of liquid seaweed bio-organic fertilizer(LSF)was studied and the effect on plant growth has been test in this paper. The results were as follows.With PPC composite enzyme hydrolysis seaweed to produce the liquid seaweed biological organic,as a single factor of control condition, test the main factors in the process of enzymolysis (temperature,pH, enzyme quantity and reaction time). Through orthogonal experiment optimized combinationprocess occurs.Experimental results proved that the more ideal composite enzyme solution of the liquidseaweed organic production craft combination for: temperature50℃conditions, PPC compositeenzyme adding amount of0.4%, pH6conditions reaction72hours, the income of the liquid seaweedorganic acid content of seaweed being37.243mg/mL.The fermentation medium conditions of liquid seaweed bio-organic fertilizer was studied byone-way experiments test the main factors in the process of fermentation (temperature, pH, inoculationvolume, loading liquid volume and fermentation time).The optimum cultural condition were:100mLliquid fermentation medium/250mL flask,the seed inoculation volume was0.2%,the initial pH6.40℃,200r/min turnover swing bed culture48hours. The income of the liquid seaweed acid content of liquidseaweed bio-organic fertilizer being22.88mg/mL, total Sugar concentration being1.653mg/mL, crudeprotein concentration being3.366mg/mL.To evaluate the effects of liquid seaweed biological organic fertilizer to seed germination andseedling growth of different vegetables. Different concentration dilution of the liquid seaweedbio-organic fertilizer were applied on the seeds and seedlings of cucumber,tomato and pepper by seedhandling and pot experiment,meanwhile,detected the effect of the liquid seaweed biological organic onseed germination and seedling growth of vegetables. The results showed that: With contrast,Theseaweed biological organic cucumber, tomato seed germination rate have significant differences with600times dilution.The seaweed biological organic of hot pepper seed germination rate has significantdifferences with400times dilution; With different diluted times,seaweed biological organic seedhandling hot pepper’s seed germination and germination index have no significant differences.200times,400times dilution of seaweed biological organic has significantly improves on cucumber,tomatoes, pepper seedling growth of root length, plant height, plant, plant dry weight and fresh weight,chlorophyll content, leaf area.600times diluted of seaweed biological organic cucumber seed aftertreatment, seedling with contrast, root length, chlorophyll content, leaf area there are significant differences, but plant height, plant, plant dry fresh weight have no significant differences.600timesdiluted of seaweed biological organic soaked tomatoes and pepper, with contrast, seedling root length,chlorophyll content, plant height, plant, plant dry weight and fresh weight there are significantdifferences, but no significant differences between the leaf area.A field experiment was conducted in summer of2012to study the effect of liquid seaweedfertiliaer(LSF)applied as a foliar spray(dilution times:200,400,600,800,1000) on cucumber,tomatoand pepper.Control plants were sprayed with water.Yield of cucumber,tomato and pepper friuit gotsignificantly increased(13.48%,17.21%,21.11%)at LSF spray (200times dilution). Soluble sugarof tomato got significantly increased(29.25%)at LSF spray (200times dilution). Vitamin C contentof cucumber,tomato and pepper friuit got significantly increased(20.42%,12.34%,14.05%)at LSFspray(200times dilution). Soluble sugar of cucumber got significantly increased(17%)at LSF spray(400times dilution).The capsaicin content of pepper friuit got significantly increased(7.88%)at LSFspray (400times dilution).
