The Broussonetia papyrifera(L.) L'Her.ex Vent.belongs to broussonetia, moraceae family. It is deciduous arbors. It has strong ability to adapt and B.papyrifera can be all used, the bark, wood, branch, leaf, flower, fruit, seed, root, latex and so on. Therefore, its widely economic and medicinal value have enormous potentialities.. Resource development is focused.Consequently, the seedlings of B.papyrifera are in great demand. The conventional seedling-raising technique is difficult to satisfy the demand of seedlings. Thus, study of regeneration system in B.papyrifera is of a great theoretical significance and practical value in resources research. Thus,we have established B.papyrifera regeneration system in vitro. The research results are as follows:1.The stem with buds and root segment were disinfected by 0.1%mercuric chloride in 8rain and 9rain.2.The best medium composition for stem with buds culture was MS+BA 2.00 mg/L +NAA 0.20 mg/L.3.The best medium composition for root segment callus induction was MS+BA 2.00 mg/L + 2,4-D 0.30 mg/L.4.The best medium composition for short shoot multiplication culture was NAA 0.10 mg/L + BA 1.00 mg/L and NAA 0.10 mg/L + KT 1.00 mg/L.5.The best medium composition for callus multiplication culture was MS + BA 2.00 mg/L + 2,4-D 0.30 mg/L.6.The best medium composition for short shoot rooting was 1/2MS + NAA 0.10 mg/L.7.The plantlets were transplanted in substrate of humus soil and with 1/2MS for foliage spraying, more than 80%were survival.
