Study On The Tree Species Arrangement And Landscaping In Huizhou Ancient Villages

With the survey of 13 typical ancient villages be attached to the one-city, six-county pattern of ancient Huizhou Region, analyzed the tree species structure and landscape patterns of each Shuikou, the courtyard, and other green space with the exception of the Shuikou and the yard in Huizhou ancient villages, combined with historical culture and nature of Huizhou area, summarized the characteristic of plant species composition and landscaping of classical Ancient Villages, So that it as a reference, provided for building new rural areas in the Huizhou region. Main contents are as follows:1,With the survey and statistics of green trees in Huizhou 13 ancient villages. There are 109 tree species (including variations) belonging to 52 families and 87 genuses, in which there are 13 of gymnosperm and 96 of angiosperm.Afforestation plants in the Shuikou. There are 51 tree species belonging to 31 families and 43 genuses, including 5 of gymnosperm and 46 of angiosperm. In which there are 40 arbors (evergreen 12 species, deciduous 28 species), 11 shrubs (evergreen 4 species, deciduous 7 species). The ancient trees have 13 species and all are arbors, in which there are evergreen 3 species, deciduous 10 species; the ancient trees have the quantities of 162 strains, in which evergreen ancient trees 86, deciduous ancient trees 96.Afforestation plants in the courtyard. There are 67 tree species belonging to 41 families and 58 genuses, including 6 of gymnosperm and 61 of angiosperm. In which there are 24 arbors (evergreen 10 species, deciduous 14 species), 28 shrubs (evergreen shrub species, deciduous 15 species), otherwise, there are 25 miniature trees and 5 climbersAfforestation plants in the other space with exception of the Shuikou and the courtyard, there are 61 tree species belonging to 34 families and 54 genuses, including 9 of gymnosperm and 52 of angiosperm. In which there are 38 arbors (evergreen 14 species, deciduous 24 species), 23 shrubs (evergreen 7 species, deciduous 16 species).2,Through the analysis of geographical composition of 87 genuses be attached to 109 tree species in Huizhou ancient villages. The plant zone has obvious transition features from tropics to temperate zone in the green trees of Huizhou ancient villages, so that the Subtropical characteristic is reflected in Huizhou ancient villages. Within 109 green tree species, there are 73 native tree species, belonging to 42 families and 62 genuses of the plants around the village, occupying the total species of 66.9%; there are 36 exotic species, belonging to 23 families and 30 genuses, occupying the total species of 33.1%.3,With the survey of tree species configuration and landscape model in Huizhou ancient villages, which we found the characteristic of plants configuration, in the planar structure, is: the configuration of the Shuikou green trees is mainly natural style, which is abstracted for three kinds of types: linear, groups form and mixed form; the configuration of the courtyard green trees is mainly regular style; the configuration of the other green trees is mainly regular-fragmented style attached to the transition space. In the vertical structure aspect: in Shuikou the configuration of trees is mainly arbor type, few are arbor-semi arbor-shrub style and arbor-shrub style; in the courtyard, the configuration is mainly the style of miniature tree, shrub and the mixture style of miniature tree, shrub, few are the arbor style. In the other space, the configuration is mainly arbor- shrub style and shrub style.4,In the course of new countryside construction in Huizhou region, the choice of trees and plants landscaping should insist on a combination of historical and modern, combination of cultural and natural, the chosen of tree species is mainly local native trees to reflect the natural characteristics; the configuration and landscape mode are both in line with the historical heritage, but also to absorb the style with the spirit of the times.
