| In this experiment, Kyoho and Hu tai ba hao were used as test materials. Treating with different concentrations, different period, different selenium fertilizer spraying, we detected the effect of spraying on the seedling growth, photosynthesis efficiency and protective enzyme activity of grape, and the effect of Se treatment on fruit quality, fruit selenium content and leaf anti-aging character. The experiment is aiming at providing a theoretical basis for the application of selenium in grape production. The main results are as follows:1, Spraying selenium can significantly increase the plant stem diameter, by 17.9% under the concentration of 0.5mg·L-1, compared with the control group. All treatments can increase the chlorophyll content of plants, especially under the concentration of 0.25 mg·L-1, the leaf chlorophyll content is higher than the control group by 31.08%. After foliar spraying selenium,the leaf net photosynthetic rate has significantly increased. The increasing velocity is positive to the spraying concentration, and reaching the top velocity when the concentration is 4 mg·L-1, 52.56% higher than the velocity in the control group; Stomatal conductance(Gs) and Transpiration rate(Tr) were 4% and 4.3% higher than the rate of control group under the concentration of Se of 2 mg·L-1.2, Different concentrations of selenium treatment have increased the activity of leaf POD,SOD, CAT. 16 days after treatment, the highest POD activity occurs under 1 mg·L-1 treatment,134. 8 % higher than the level of the control group; the highest SOD activity occurs under 2mg·L-1treatment, 61.2 % higher than the level of the control group; the highest CAT activity occurs under 0.25 mg·L-1 treatment, 22.3 % higher than the level of the control group.3, Foliar spraying selenium could significantly improve the fruit quality of Hu tai ba hao,including the fruit grain weight, horizontal and vertical diameters, soluble solids contentã€VC content, at the same time, reducing the titratable acid content. Under different concentrations of Se treatment, the fruit quality under 50 mg·L-1 treatment was the best.Comparing with the control group,the fruit grain weight 〠horizontal diameter, vertical diameterã€VC content increased 19.7%, 12.2%, 12.5%, 81% respectively. Under the treatment of different periods, the best fruit quality occur in the group treated on July 15 th, the fruit grain weight 〠soluble solids content 〠VC content increased 12.7% 〠4.1% and 195.1%respectively than that of CK. Among the three treatments of external sources of Se, the treatment using fruit-type zinc selenide Celebrex has the best result, compared with the control group, the fruit grain weightã€horizontal diameterã€vertical diameterã€VC content increased 18.9%, 9.8%, 9.7%, 59.1% respectively.4, The content of selenium in grape leaves and fruits was increased by different concentration, different period and different forms of selenium treatments. Under 50 mg·-1treatment the selenium content of new leaves reached 3.0456mg/kg, 63.8 times to the control;the selenium content of new leaves under fruit-type zinc selenide Celebrex treatment is 72.9times to the control, proving that Se can transfer from old leaves to new leaves. Selenium content in control fruits only 0.018 mg/kg, compared with the control, different concentrations of selenium in fruits increased 1.95 times, 7.06 times, 12.1 times, 16 times respectively,especially under 70 mg·L-1 treatment; the highest selenium content in fruit occurs in the group processed on May 27, 9.72 times compared to the control; the selenium content in fruit under fruit-type zinc selenide Celebrex treatment is 4.67 times to the control.5, Foliar spraying selenium could delay leaf senescence in autumn, prevent the dropping of the chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, leaf water content and SOD activity.Under different concentrations of Se treatment, the chlorophyll content, leaf water content and soluble protein content of leaves treated with 50 mg·L-1 were the highest, but the falling period of leaves under 70 mg·L-1treatment were earlier than other treatments. Treatment in different periods the chlorophyll content in leaves were higher than the control. Under three exogenous selenium treatments, fruit-type zinc selenide Celebrex treatment is less effective than the other two selenium fertilizer. |
