Research On The Multi-parameter Recorder In Livestock Care

Multi-parameter recorder was used environmental monitoring of livestock care which determine the environmental quality (or pollution) and predict the trend, through illumination, ammonia, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide be determined in livestock Care. Of these parameters on the growth and reproduction of livestock have an important influence. Therefore, accurate and comprehensive testing of livestock care environment can provide an important basis for optimizing regulation of livestock homes.Multi-parameter recorder of livestock homes is mainly constituted by the parameter acquisition, data processing, keyboard and display and data transmission. Parameters collection is consisted of light intensity, ammonia, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide, and signal conditioning circuit. PV short circuit current is conversed into a voltage signal then be brought in microcontroller MSP430F149 of P6.0 input port. The concentration signals are collected by the gas sensor, which include ammonia, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide concentration signals, which is transformed into a certain proportion of the voltage signal after processing circuit.These singnals input port to the MSP430F149 by P6.1, P6.2, P6.3 separately. The data processing: analog voltage signal is transformed by ADC12 into a digital voltage signal, after processing, is saved in the nonvolatile memory FM31256. Power of recorder from the system data will not be lost. Data's display uses 7 keys and LCD12864. The keyboard can adjectue work state, cycle of acquisition and real-time. The first line displays the collected time-cycle parameters, the second line displays the mode, the third line shows the acquisition cycle, and the fourth line shows the date and time. It's running real-time operating status of the equipment and makes users friendly. Data transmission uses USB-HOST interface of CH375B chip, and programs the FAT16/32 file system which is embedded in the ROM of MSP430F149. It realizes the instrument to extract data directly to the USB device using TXT file format, and solves users suing computer to extract data.The instrument has advantage of low power consumption, the large information capacity, better data-processing capability, easy to carry, easy to operate etc, At the same time battery and 220V AC two kinds of power mode are adopted, fills the needs of different users and occasions.
