Qinchuan calves with injection treatment with standard cyclic AMP parenteral solution was used as experimental animals in this research, testing the body weight change, some biochemical parameters and meat quality indicator, aiming to learn more about the influence on the growth performance and meat quality, the mechanism of the change of some biochemical parameters, investigate the influence of exogenous cyclic AMP on expression of AC,PDE genes in different tissue with real-time PCR technique. 12 healthy Qinchuan calves (6 males and 6 females) at similar physical conditions were selected as experimental animals. Based on the principles of similar weight, Treatment and control groups were set in both genders by dividing the subjects randomly and equally (3 males and 3 females in control, another 3 males and 3 females in treatment), there was a pre-feeding for 15 days before experiment. Give the calves of treatment group first injection in the first day, and then give an injection every 10days lasting 120days. Collect nock venous blood scheduled during the experiment, and take the serum after centrifugation, take tissue sample after slaughtering at the end of experiment. The results indicate that:1. there were certain significant differences in the body weight gain. Compared with the control group, male calves in treatment group have 8.99% (P<0.01) higher body weight and 20.00% (P<0.01) higher daily weight, female calves respectively improve 7.94% and 19.18%(P<0.01)at the same time.2. Compared to the control group, the density of the cholesterol in serum of experiment group reduces obviously in 10 days, the male calves'reduced by 26.o%(P<0.05),while the female calves'12.8%(P<0.05). The male calves'density of the glucose rose by 6.50% in 72 hours(P<0.05) after injection, while the female calves'8.30%(P<0.05), the average density of the glucose in serum in treatment group was higher than the control group. The male calves'density of growth hormone rose by 8.24 %(P<0.05)in 72 hours after injection, 6.72 %(P<0.05)in females calves', the average density of growth hormone in serum in treatment group was higher than the control group. The male calves'density of insulin rose by 7.43 %(P<0.05)in 48 hours after injection, 6.15 %(P<0.05)in females calves', the average density of insulin in serum in treatment group was higher than the control group. The density of protein in serum of treatment group had no remarkable difference from the control group, indicated that the injection of exogenous cyclic AMP had no obvious influence on the density of protein in serum.3. Compared to the control group, the body weight of male calves before slaughtering was significantly different (P<0.01).carcass weight, beef weight, bone weight, dressed carcass percentage, eye muscle area was significantly different (P<0.01). respectively improved by 9.67â„…,13.96â„…,12.45â„…,1.56â„…,5.6â„… . The relative value of meat and bone in treatment group was higher than the other, but the difference was not significantly (P>0.05). The body weight of female calves before slaughtering was significantly different (P<0.01).carcass weight, beef weight, bone weight, dressed carcass percentage, eye muscle area was significantly different (P<0.01). respectively improved by 8.81â„…,13.51â„…,12.25â„…,1.54â„…,6.6â„…(P<0.05)The relative value of meat and bone in treatment group was higher than the other, but the difference was not significantly (P>0.05).4. This experiment showed that the differences of water holding capacity,shearing force, ash, cooking loss were not significant (P>0.05). The differences of CP, CF, and DM were significant (P<0.05), respectively improved by3.25â„…, 12.12â„…, 5.09â„… (P<0.05) in male group while 3.40â„…, 11.49â„…, 5.02â„… in female group(P<0.05).5. The results suggested the different of the content of Cardamom dilute acid, cardamom two diluted acid, palmitic acid, palm dilute acid, palmitic two dilute acid, Palm three diluted acid, Palm four diluted acid, arachidic acid, arachidic two diluted acid in muscle were not significant (P>0.05). The different of the content of Cardamom acid, linolenic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid and the stearin acid were significant (P<0.05), Compared to the control group, The cardamom acid rose by 28.10%, the oleic acid rose by 6.80%, the linolenic acid rose by 18.51%, the linoleic acid reduced by 10.20%, the stearin acid reduced by 9.66% in male group(P<0.05), The cardamom acid rose by 23.92%,the oleic acid rose by 3.61â„…, the linolenic acid rose by 17.24â„…, the linoleic acid reduced by7.89â„…, the stearin acid reduced by 8.05â„… in female group(P<0.05).6. Compared to the control group, amino acid increased significantly, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, proline, cystine and leucine were significantly different (P<0.05), Serine, threonine, glycine, l-alanine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, tyrosine, lysine, Histidine, arginine, phenylalanine were not significantly different (P>0.05). The content of Acid, glutamic acid, proline, cystine, leucine, phenylalanine in male treatment group was 6.70â„…,6.80â„…,8.00â„…,28.57â„…,5.76â„…higher than control group respectively(P<0.05). In the female treatment group, The content of Acid, glutamic acid, proline, cystine, leucine, phenylalanine in male treatment group was 5.59â„…,7.64â„…,12.82â„…,20.00â„…,7.14â„… higher than control group respectively(P<0.05). 7. The injection of cyclic AMP to Qinchuan calves could improve the expression of PDE7B gene in liver and small intestine significantly(P<0.05), and the expression of AC7 gene in various tissues was reduced, but not significant (P>0.05)8. The effect caused by the injection of cAMP had no connection with the sexual difference.In conclusion, giving the calves injection treatment with standard cyclic AMP parenteral solution, may have guidance functions to secretion and metabolism of the GH and INS, and promote the growth of calves. It can strengthen the synthesis of glycogen, decomposition of fat in vivo, improve the density of glucose in blood, and reduce the density of fat in blood. This treatment can also improve the content of fat, protein, unsaturated fatty acid, total amino acid, and reduce the content of stearic acid, linoleic acid. We can get this conclusion in this experiment: the exogenous cyclic AMP has certain promoter action to the nutritional value and the tasty of beef.
