In this study, 239 plants seedlings from embryo rescue of 11 combination were identified by the field natural identification and molecular marker-assisted selection, selected seedless and resistance-disease plant.. combination includes: Delight (V. vinifera)×Shuangyou (V. amurensis)60 plants,Olmo Seedless (V. vinifera)×Beichun (V. vinifera×V. amurensis)32 plants,Delight (V. vinifera)×Beichun (V. vinifera×V. amurensis)29 plants,Delight (V. vinifera)×Pingli-5 (V. qinlingensis)13 plants,Delight (V. vinifera)×Yanshan-1 (V. yanshanensis)13 plants,Flame Seedless (V. vinifera)×Heilongjiang Seedling (V. amurensis)12 plants,Flame Seedless (V. vinifera)×Heilongjiang Seedling (V. amurensis)11 plants,Delight (V. vinifera)×Red Globe (V. vinifera)14 plants,Delight (V. vinifera)×Olmo Seedless (V. vinifera)15 plants,Flame Seedless (V. vinifera) selfing19 plants,Delight (V. vinifera) selfing21 plants. Field natural identifing resistanceBy the field natural identification of resistance to 239 plants seedlings from embryo rescue, screening out 4 plants of the resistance to powdery mildew and anthracnose as well as downy mildew, 2 plants of the resistance to powdery mildew and anthracnose, 9 plants of the resistance to powdery mildew and downy mildew, 73 plants of the resistance to anthracnose and downy mildew, 3 plants of the resistance only to powdery mildew, 32 plants of the resistance only to anthracnose, 29 plants of the resistance only to downy mildew.2. Molecular marker identifing seedless and disease traitsBy molecular marker-assisted identification to 239 plants seedlings from embryo rescue using seedless gene probe GLSP1-569,resistant anthracnose gene RAPD markers OPS03-1354 and resistant downy mildew gene RAPD markers S416-1224,screening out 27 plants carried the marker GLSP1-569, 4 plants of them carried the marker GLSP1-569 and OPS03-1354, 28 plants carried the marker OPS03-1354, 19 plants carried the marker S416-1224, and 10 plants of them carried the marker OPS03-1354 and S416-1224.3.
