Training systerms had an effect on canopy microclimate in turn which can affect disease incidence and berry quality of vine. This trial took grapevine Cabernet Sauvignon as material ,the trellis and training systerm were reformed and a 3-factor randomized block field experiment was carried out, the effects of different trellis systems [vertical single positioned systems(VSP) and"V"trellis systems] berry height (50 cm and 80 cm),shoots density (10/m,13/m,16/m)on disease incidence and berry quality are studied, the aim of which is to provide a theoretical basis for grape and wine production. The major result as follows:1 The main leaf disease of Cabernet Sauvignon was downy mildew, which was significantly affected by trellis system and berry height. The trellis VSP, the berry height 80 cm could alleviate disease incidence of downy mildew, downy mildew was lowest when shoots density was13/m.After veraison, berry diseases almost are anthracnose, with the berry inclined to mature, diseased levels changed variously for different treatments. In the later mature period, The diseases in the control area (VSP and fan-shaped) were the most serious, the treatment (VSP, shoots density is 10/m, berry height is 80 cm) owned the lowest anthracnose. The interwork between trellis systems and shoots density could influent berry anthracnose significantly; the factors which had very significant effects were trellis systems, the interwork between berry height and shoots density, the interwork among trellis systems, berry height and shoots density.2 At harvest time, the treatment (VSP, berry height is 50 cm,shoots density is 10/m,) owned the highest content of reducing sugar, which was significantly higher than control. Trellis systems, berry height and shoots density all had very significant effects on the content of reducing sugar and total acid; only trellis systems and shoots density influenced TSS significantly. The VSP had higher reducing sugar, TSS contents than"V"trellis system. The treatment of which berry height at 50 cm had higher contents of reducing sugar, total acid .3 Trellis systems and shoots density had very significant effect on the content of total phenol in berries while on which berry height had no significant effect. The treatments with VSP had higher total phenol content than"V"trellis systems. Trellis systems, berry height and shoots density all had very significant effects on the content of tannin in berries. The difference of interwork among trellis systems, berry height and shoots density had different effects on tannin content.4. For all treatments, the highest polyphenols content was salicylic acid, the next were catechin, gallic acid and quercetin, coumaric acid was the lowest. Compared with control, such as benzoic acid, caffeic acid, syringic acid, quercetin, coumaric acid, rutin, the contents of which in reformed treatments were different but have no significant difference. Shoots density had significant effect to the content of gallic acid, ferulic acid and catechins. All the trial factors had no significant effect on the content of benzoic acid, caffeic acid, syringic acid, quercetin, coumaric acid.5. 20 kinds of aroma compounds were identified, including: 15 alcohols,3 aldehydes and 1 esters. Ethyl acetate, hexanal, (Z)-3-hexene-1-ol, 2–heptanol could be quantified in all treatments; all of which changed with shoot density but showed no connection,it also suggested that there weren't some revelence with the change of berry height.
