In order to reduce the cost of grape buried in winter for prevent frostbite in Ningxia region,12years old Vitis vinifera cv. Cabernet Gemischet is used as test material in this experiment. In the condition of dwarf Lord tendril, it studies the influence of four kinds of patterns to photosynthesis、water potential、fruit quality and invertase, including Goblet dwarf-training patterns (contrast)、Single-line inverted L type-. Single-line inverted L+erect branches and Double-row inverted L type. The results showed that as follows:1、 They have the same influence for the different dwarf-training patterns to variation trend of each indicator, but change the content of each indication to a certain extent.2、 There are some different effects on the growth and development of grape for the four kinds of dwarf-training patterns. In the Single-line inverted L type condition, the foliage was in its utmost luxuriance, it has the highest net photosynthesis rate and water potential in leaves, and the largest content on fruits weight、soluble total sugar、reducing sugar、tanning and titratable acid in the mature stage of fruit, and the activity invertase is largest in the veraison.3、In the mature stage of fruit, it has the highest content on pigment of Double-row inverted L type and Goblet dwarf-training patterns has the highest content on sucrose.Above all, you can see that different dwarf-training patterns can promote the development and quality of the fruit. Under the condition of production is not significantly reduced, and it has the best performance on quality of the Single-line inverted L type in Ningxia region.
