14 year-old own-rooted 'Cabernet Gernischt' grapevine was selected as experimental materials,the study on the influence of four dwarf training systems(Vertical Cordon(CK),Cup(T1)s Guyot simple(T2)and Horizontal Cordon without trunk(T3))was done.we explored the effects of different dwarf training systems on the quality of grape during the development of fiuit.The grape skin anthocyanin composition under different training system was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography.Quantitative real-time(qRT-PCR)was carried out to detect the relative expression levels of structural genes and regulatory genes.In order to screen out the optimum dwarf training system for improving grape berny quality,which was used in field production.The results showed as followed:1.The different dwarf training systems had a great effect on the quality of Cabernet Gemischt.T2 and T3 resulted in higher quality,meanwhile,the hundred gprain-weight in T3 was also significantly lower than that of CK.At ripening stage,compared with CK,T2 and T3 promoted the increase of total soluble solid by 10.1%and 16.7%,the enhancement of total anthocyanin by 10.7%and 12.7%respectively,the total phenols in T2 and T3 was 1.8 and 2.5 times than that of CK respectively,moreover,the highest content of titratable acid was found in T1,and their was 1.68 times than that of CK.It was found that a total of 14 free amino acid were detected in CK,T1 and T3,however,15 free amino acid can be detected in T2.2.The different dwarf training systems had a great effect on the anthocyanin content of Cabernet Gernischt.At harvest,compared with CK,T2 and T3 not only significantly promoted the increase of Peonidin-3-O-glucoside by 37.7%and 20.2%,but also increased the content of Cyanidin-3-O-glucoside by 18.9%and 13.9%respectively,and there were significantly different from the both,the content of Petunidin-3-O-glucoside in the four dwarf training systems were not significantly different from each other,it is indicated that training system did not affect Petunidin-3-O-glucoside content in the ripening stage,the content of Delphinidin?3-O-glucoside in CK was significantly higher than other treatments,the content of Malvidin-3-O-glucoside in T2 and T3 were 1165.5 mg/kg and 1131.01 mg/kg respectively and significantly higher than CK.3.Compared with CK,at the harvest,T1 can only improve the expression level of VvF3'H,T2 significantly upregulated the expression level of VvPAL,VvF3'H9 VvMYBA1.T3 significantly upregulated the expression level of VvPAL,VvCHS1,VvF3'H,VvF3'5'H,VvDFR,VvUFGT and VvMYBA1,it was concluded that T2 and T3 can improve the relative expression level of related genes in the pathway of anthocyanin biosynthesis.In consequence,T2 and T3 were beneficial to improve the grape berry quality,individual anthocyanin content and the expression level of genes during the biosynthesis of anthocyanin.Meanwhile,it must be covered with soil to overwinter safely in the region of Ningxia,therefore,we suggested the usage of T3(Horizontal Cordon without trunk)training system.
