In recent years, with improved living standards of farmers, improvement of the energy structure in rural areas, higher costs of collection, collation, and transportation of corn stalks and other factors, comprehensive utilization of straw drops behind, especially in some major grain-producing areas where farmers burned straws of corn to seed in time. Burning of straws repeatedly forbidden, is still existing which has become a social problem. How to make use of corn stalks properly to combine promotion of comprehensive utilization of corn stalks, improvement of agriculture benefit and farmer income growth, has been paid more and more attention. For fresh corn stalks, silage is undoubtedly the most efficient method. In this study, basing on researching features of corn silage, we studied and designed the process scheme of corn stalk bale and key parts of bundling machine. Results are as follows:1)Proposing a process on a large-scale fresh straw bale silage corn stalks. The binding efficiency is 100t / h, that is handling 40 mu fresh straw in one hour, proposed and preliminarily determined through testing of the entire fresh corn rod, straw bale storage technology, which mainly compose of raw material pavement, impose additives, bale pressed, binding, cutting, sealing and heap storage technology, one important process and make a reasonable proposal.(2)Preliminary identification of the whole fresh corn stalks standard round bales of silage processing and the overall technical requirements are: raw material moisture content of 65%, bundling similar cylindrical shape; bundled size diameterï¿ 500mm, length 800mm, bale tightness 4; After a round bundle of straw bale shapes and sizes should be regulated consistent, easy sealing, handling, storage and transport operations.(3)Determination of binding stress. When bundling tightness equals 4 ,after the density of bundled is 637kg/m3, bundling of stress as the density increases, when the density increased to a certain value, the density decreased with the increases rate of change of bundling force, by preliminary work, combined with a new theory of selection bundled bundling stress 0.5Mp.(4) Strapping machine round arc Parts shape and the shape of bundled was designed. Made silage bale machine assembly program, bundled arc shape was designed that the lower half of the semicircle diameter was 500mm, upper part of the rotation center is the origin, circle involution radius is 500mm , The length of involution determine its endpoint and connection to bale rotation center 2 times the initial area, so meeting the bundling requirements. On the arc Parts movement was analyzed, so bale cross-section of different parameters is obtained.(5) Tying machine calculate transmission scheme has been designed. Bundling machine drive mode adopts hydraulic transmission, the use of two hydraulic motors to drive the bale swing arc to work with the size of the pressure relief valve to control, bundled with a one-way throttle valve to control the speed; right hydraulic system the use of the main components of the design and calculation, selected models of hydraulic components and manufacturers.(6)Strapping arc parts and bundled assembly parts for the finite element analysis . The maximum load of the Parts to be finite element analysis, the stress-strain diagram is obtained, maximum stress 242.63MPa. So strapping of the assembly program is designed, In the assembly, binding part is two square bale axis, each shaft axis has six circular arc shape, The distance between them, in addition to the middle of the two arc Parts is 400mm , the best side of the three bundled arc distance is 200mm, Thus, in order to facilitate the cutting of the entire bundle, the same to another square axis, two square staggered installed arc axis, square axis distance should be no less than 72mm,assembly is reasonable.
