Conservation tillage is based on the sustainable development of agriculture and raised agricultural farming systems and technology, its ultimate aim is to protect the ecological environment, use and save efficiently resources, increase agricultural productivity and profitability, improve the quality of the environment and achieve sustainable agricultural development. The experimental and study surveyed farmland conservation tillage of Yin Shan Mountain implementation of the Farming-Pastoral Zone by Inner Mongolia Agriculture University developed own mobile wind tunnel and the wind speed automatic acquisition instrument, to measure transform the law of wind speed and parameters of soil erosion at different wind speed. Surface species are wheat, naked oats, rapeseed, potatoes tillage bare and so on .Through the analysis of experimental data obtained, all the suiface sediment with high of relations is the law of higher order polynomial function, such as Q=aV5+bV4+cV3+dV2+eV+f, changes in wind speed with height is consistent with the logarithmic function V=a+bln(x) law, and curve fitting with MATLAB software, conservation tillage farmland enhanced greatly anti-wind erosion in the surface properties of farm than general farmland is gained by data analysis, and greatly increased up to 47.2%. The study not only improve the soil erosion control techniques theoretical system, to provide the theoretical and technical foundation for the local soil erosion control techniques to further promotion, but also have great significance to explore an effective soil erosion control technology and to achieve sustainable agriculture the development.
