Effects Of Compound Chinese Medicine Qingongsan On Mice Immunity

To further provide the theory basis of immunity for the pharmacodynamics and the application of the Qingongsan, the immune organs, specific immunity and the nonspecific immunity of the mice were studied.Depuratory Kunming mice were selected and were provided with Qingongsan of high dosage, mid-dosage and low dosage, Levamisole and distilled water, of which the later two groups were positive control and negative control respectively. The weighing of the wet immunity organs of the mice showed that Qingongsan could significantly increase the spleen index and the thymic index. Turbidimetry, chicken red blood cell phagocytosis, carbon clearance were employed to study the lysozyme content, macrophage phagocytosis, monocyte-macrophages phagocytosis respectively, and the results showed that the Qingongsan could significantly improve the nonspecific immunity of the mice. The delayed allergy, sanwhich immunosorbent reaction, flow cytometry and the serum hemolysin spectrophotometry were applied to study the T-lymphocytes, B-lymphocytes and their subgroups and the results showed that Qingongsan could significantly increase the IL-2 and TNF-αcontent, T-lymphocyte activity, CD4+ rate and the CD4+/CD8+rate and extremely increase the B-lymphocytes rates and the IgG content. But it had little impact on the hemolysin in the serum. Qingongsan could significantly improve the immunity depression induced by the cyclpphosphamide.Given all the above results, the research showed that the Qingongsan could improve the immunity by increasing the specific immunity and the nonspecific immunity, by which it could cure the bovine mastitis.
