The experiment was conducted to study the effects of minor polypeptides and Chineseherbal immunostimulant on the growth and nonspecific immunity of Cyprinus carpio,Eriocheir sinensis and Penaeus vannamei Boon,in order to provide a theoreticalbassia for the application. Now the results are summarized as follows:(1) Cyprinus carpio was used as the research object. For the Chinese herbalimmunostimulant four treatments different levels(0%,0.1%,0.2%and0.3%) weredesigned for the minor polypeptides the different levels (0%,0.05%,0.1%and0.2%),used those different levels immunostimulant to feed Cyprinus carpio42days.In the14th28thand42th, the Cyprinus carpio serum was used to analyze the activities of LZM,SOD, CAT, AKP, ACP and GOT. The results show that: used the Chinese herbalimmunostimulant all the groups can improve the growth, But0.1%and0.3%groupwas not significant(P>0.05),0.2%group increased significantly(P<0.05) and the baitindex was reached1.62,0.2%group was the best group, because the SOD, CAT andLZM activity was higher than other group and significantly higher than the0%group(P<0.05). used the minor polypeptides the growth of Cyprinus carpio was notsignificantly higher than0%group(P>0.05),but in the nonspecific immunity0.1%group was significantly higher than other group(P<0.05).(2) Eriocheir sinensis is growing fast in summer, but easy to get sick.As a drug, So theChinese herbal immunostimulant levels were changed (0%,0.2%,0.4%and0.6%), andthe minor polypeptides levels were changed(0%,0.1%0.2%and0.3%). used thosedifferent levels immunostimulant to feed Eriocheir sinensis30days. In the10th20thand30thday, the Eriocheir sinensis visceral as used to analyze the activities ofnonspecific immunity. The results show that: all those drug did not inhibit the growthof Eriocheir sinensis, For the Chinese herbal immunostimulant,0.4%group in20ththe activity of SOD,LZM and CAT, was significantly higher than other group(P<0.05).For minor polypeptides0.2%group in10ththe activity of SOD,LZM and CAT, wassignificantly higher than other group(P<0.05).(3) Penaeus vannamei Boon the weight was about0.5g. For its Special physicalcharacteristics. The Penaeus vannamei Boon visceral as used to analyze the activitiesof nonspecific immunity in7th14th21thand28thday. Four treatments different levelsas the Cyprinus carpio use. For the Chinese herbal immunostimulant0.3%group wasthe best,because the weight growth rate and the activity of SOD,LZM andCAT, wassignificantly higher than other group(P<0.05), and the bait index was reached1.26was significantly lower than0%group(P<0.05). For minor polypeptides,0.05%group was the best level for the higher activity of SOD, LZM, CAT and the relative growthrate in weight was reached197.67%, bait index also reached1.32, in21thalthough theactivity of GOT in0.05%,0.1%and0.3%group was higher but not significantly than0%group (P>0.05), but in28th, the activity of GOT was significantly than0%group(P<0.05),it means that used minor polypeptides after21thit maybe harm forPenaeus vannamei Boon visceral.
