In the process of preparing chelating state of foliar fertilization, mainly discusses the different chelating process parameters on the stability of foliar fertilization, optimizing parameters such as chelating agent, pH of solution, chelating temperature, chelating time, finding the optimal process. And prepared compound foliar fertilization not only contains macro-elements N, P, K, trace elements Ca, Mg, S, Fe, B, but also has humic acid efficient fertilizers. Based on the study in the laboratory, the stability and reproducibility was test in the pilot-scale. The production in the pilot-scale was test in industrial, to evaluate the product of the quality and discuss its application.Research shows that the optimum reaction condition of chelating system of pH of the solution was 8.5, chelating temperature was 20℃, the mole rate of the chelating agent to the formation was (1.0-2.0):1, chelating time was 20 minutes. Three kinds of 9 formulas of the products was enlarged to 2 or 3 times of laboratory test. Most of the test can achieve product's stability in the first test, the others no more than the second test, amplification effect is very small. The humic acid type foliar fertilization which after more than 15 days'stability testing, keep homogeneous in appearance and no precipitation. The products'quality was stable. The prepared chelating foliar fertilization under the optimum condition was completely accord with nation standard in humic acid, N, P2O5, K2O, pH and also contains many trace elements, Ca, Mg, S and Mn.The developed foliar fertilization was used in field plot experiment, the results show that the application of foliar fertilization, chelating foliar fertilization with rice yield increase for 17.6% , Soybean's growth rate of 12.76%, Chinese cabbage's was 14.3%, celery's was 18.37%, leek's was 19.15%. The new fertilization can promote the photosynthesis of crops, individual character, improve crops dark green, full and flesh and increase crop disease-resistant ability, the rice plants withered and Sheath Blight respectively reduce 23.9% and 6.0% , cabbage soft rot disease dropped 0.9%.
