The Research And Application Of Containing Alkaloids In Foliar Fertilizer Of Rice And Wheat

Fertilizer is the supply of nutrients needed for crop growth,which has improve soil physico-chemical characteristics,increasing output and improving the quality of crops.But ordinary fertilizer can not be absorbed by the crop root and leaf,this phenomenon not only causing low utilization ratio of fertilizer,nutrient absorption unbalanced,soil compaction,but also causeing a series of environmental problems,such as eutrophication.Foliar fertilizer can directly sprayed to the surface of crop,which has strong pertinency,high speed of nutrient absorption,and also has the better effect,high utilization rate of nutriention.Foliar fertilizer application method is simple and convenient,and has the remarkablely economic benefit,and also effectively make up for the deficiency of nutrient absorption of plant roots.In agricultural production,Chemical pesticide is used in the traditional plant,it is obtained good results,but the disease-insect-control ways,it harms human health and contaminates environments,especially the resurgence,the residue and the resistance problems caused by chemical pesticide.The government and people begin to pay attention to it.There are a large number of Biological Activity in plants,such as alkaloids.People are crying for choosing the alkaloids to adding something such as fertilization,which has a broad spectrum of antibiotic,continuing effects and relative stability,nuisance-free,high selectivity and low cost of pesticides.The study is based on the national standards of GB/T 17419-1988、NY 1429-2010 and NY 1106-2010.By adding a amount of alkaloids to preparation of containing alkaloids in amino acid foliar fertilizer of wheat and humic acid foliar fertilizer of rice.Preparing foliar fertilization not only contains macro-elements N,P,K,trace elements Zn,Mn,B,Si,but also has humic acid fertilizers.The humic acid foliar fertilizer was completely accord with nation standard in humic acid,N,P₂O₅,K2 O,p H and water insoluble.Preparing foliar fertilization not only contains trace elements Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,B,Mo,macro-elements N,K,but also has amino acid fertilizers.The amino acid foliar fertilizer was completely accord with nation standard in amino acid,Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,B,Mo,p H and water insoluble.In the field experiments of spaying humic acid foliar fertilizer of rice on seedling,tillering stage,jointing stage and filling stage.Comparing with the spraying water group,the results showed that:（1）The nitrogen,potassium content increased significantly before and after praying;The requirement of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium increased significantly during tillering stage;The requirement of phosphorus increased significantly during jointing stage;（2）The requirement of potassium increased significantly during filling stage;（3）Spraying the humic acid foliar fertilizer of rice,the rice kernel set has increased by5.17%,the production increased by 8.98%,and the rice blast infection decreased by 62.91%.In the field experiments of spaying amino acid foliar fertilizer of wheat on green stage,jointing stage,and filling stage.Comparing with the spraying water group,the results showed that:（1）The nitrogen,potassium content increased significantly before and after spraying;（2）The requirement of nitrogen increased significantly during green stage and jointing stage;（3）The requirement of phosphorus and potassium increased significantly during filling stage;（4）Spraying amino acid foliar fertilizer of wheat,the production increased by 7.87%,and scab infection decreased by 48.0%.
