The research was founded on the basis of sexual distant -hybridization between Pleurotus eryngii and Pleurotus nebrodensis to study the relationship between Pleurotus eryngii and Pleurotus nebrodensis, then, for the breeding strains which convergence the excellent qualities of the two:1 The possibility analysis about sexual distant-crossbreedingThe materials were two strains that gained from the crossbreeding between Pleurotus eryngii and Pleurotus nebrodensis monocaryon-strains. They were called Plne0001 and Plne0002. Research about their ITS-RFLP analysis and ITS clone sequence indicated that the products of the two strains' ITS-PCR were in the phase of mixture. One was similar to Pleurotus eryngii,and the other one was similar to Pleurotus nebrodensis. The monocaryon-strains multiplicated by the crossbreeding strains could form clamp connection between two special combination. The plurispore strains of the crossbreeding strains has the ability to fruiting. The above notes indicated the possibility to distant-crossbreeding.2 The analysis about parents and crossbreedingThe parent strains were based on the different monocaryon-strains preserveed in Mycological Research Center of FAFU,whose molecular markers were known. Then each parents was divided into three groups according to the SCAR makers. We used the NCПdiallel crossing. and geted a matting ratio of 14.36%.3 The fruitting experiment and the agronomic characters analysis145 crossbreeding strains joined the fruitting experiment, 81 strains coule fruitting normally. We founded a series of transient characters in physique and body, colour of pileus, mediostratum and so on. 63 strains joined the data analysis, throught the phenotype and mean square calculate, we screened 4 strains that were superiored than any other to compare with their parents. They appearanced hybrid vigour. Bionomics character indicated that the crossbreeding strains were similar to their parents which eligible temperature was 25℃~30℃,and their favorite circumstance was neutrality or light tart. Accoarding to the 2×6 NCПdiallel crossing inherit mould, growth velocity, pileus diameter, basidiome weight and basidiome length were controled by additive effect and nonadditive effect, while the stipe diameter and the yield were controled by the nonadditive effect only.4 Authentication of the crossbreeding strainsUse the crossbreeding strains 030 to be represented, do the anthentication in morphology,rivalry, and molecule anthentication . Plne0030 could form antagonism with its two parents. The scanning electron microscope of the mediostratum indicated the basidium of Plne0030 was similar to the typical one which has four basidiospore on the top of the basidium. The ITS-RFLP analysis also indicated the genetic material of the Plne0030 comed from its two parents. The monocaryon-strains multiplicated by Plne0030 also appearanced isolation, some were similar to Pleurotus eryngii,and other ones were similar to Pleurotus nebrodensis .
