Forest resources is not only an important global ecological system components, but also the material basis of human life, the efficient and sustainable use of forest resources has become the key to maintain and improve the whole human environment. Understanding and knowledge of forest resources development and changes in the structure of the situation, its to better management of forest resources to achieve the sustainable development of forest resources and it is a great practical significance and theoretical value to the restoration of forest resources and management.In this study, forest resources as the starting point, mainly use of comparative analysis and statistical analysis method, analysis the dynamic process of forest resources and the internal motivation from the time series of the Xiqin town since 1998, study the dynamic change of the Xiqin town of the accumulation of forest resources, the forest harvesting, the reforestation, the forest age structure and the tree structure such as dynamic process, identify the cause favorable changes in forest resources and constraints, conclusion of the study are as follows:1.The article use the method of comparative analysis and statistical analysis to study the dynamic change and the growth and decline trends in the Xiqin town since 1998, the results show that, in addition to the forest crown closure and forest site quality in reaching a reasonable level, the other forest resources structures have disorders in different degrees.2. Low land use capability, land use structure type unreasonable, excessive bamboo forest land and no nursery land; stand origin structure is irrational, too many artificial afforestation, natural forest reserve area small; forest age group composition is irrational, almost the proportion of mature forest is too large, too small proportion of young forest age; in forest category structure, proportion of low ecological forest, protection forest and special forest share is too small, timber stand excessive weight; in dominant species, the large proportion of pine needles and the low proportion of broadleaved tree; Stand age group composition has improved, but the young forest and mature forest should be increased, we should adjust the distribution of age groups so that the stand age group structure as reasonable as possible; plantation productivity is low and the forest quality is not high, the main reason for the low quality forest is the imbalance of forest structure.3. For the problems of forest resources in Xiqin town, we apply the theoretical model of atrioventricular to predict the forest species in the Mainland and adjust to reduce the number of nonstocked land and non forest land, improve the greening rate of forest land and further enhance the forest coverage, meanwhile, increasing the forest land and the cultivation of timber, in a good timber management, while strengthening economic forest and bamboo forest management, strictly control the growth rate of bamboo to enhance the proportion of public welfare forest; Adjust the species structure, increasing broadleaved tree species plantation efforts to create mixed forest and improve the forest quality; implementation the natural forest protection and increasing the natural forest planting area; controlling the proportion of age group so that the stand age group composition has gradually been optimized, finally, increasing the follow-up resources and the forest growing stock, full play the three major benefits of forest resources.
