With the further development of dairy industry in China, Large-scale dairy farming has become an inevitable trend especiallly after the "Melamine" event. Our dairy farming needs to be redefined but continues the original "small, scattered, low-efficiency" farming. Now our dairy farming is developing to "scale, scientific, fine" methods gradually. In this process,we need the guidance of breeding concept and breeding technology a lot. Total Mixed Ration (TMR) technology as a cattle feeding industry was widely used in foreign countries and has shown good economic. However, China still not applicate it fully comparing with other countries, and lack of analysis of economic benefits in using TMR technology. This thesis is based on a large number of researches at home and abroad through tracking survey which reseaches on the affect of dairy cows production performence in the process of using TMR feeding technology to small ranch,and analyze the economic benefits between the method of using TMR feeding and the traditional way.6 conclusions are gained such as:1. Ranch can improve cow milk production from the traditional fine, coarse sub-feeding to TMR feeding throughout the lactation period. The average production of TMR group cows is 28.08 kg/d, and the average production of control group cows is 26.22 kg/. So the former is higher by 7.09%(p>0.05) than the latter. Saw from the standard Milk production, TMR group (27.95kg/d) is higher by 10.17%than the control group (25.37kg/d). Therefore, TMR feeding methods can improve milk production.2. TMR feeding has a significant role in improving milk fat. Seen from the experiment on whole cow Lactation, it has obvious difference because TMR group's whole lactation milk fat percentage is 3.96%on average,and the average milk fat of the control group is 3.75%, which is higher 5.6%than the latter(p<0.05).3,The same herds of cow from traditional concentrated feed and rude feed separated to raise to TMR cow secrete milk yield of one of milk raise by 7.09%while being whole from a traditional one. From secrete milk composition of one of milk influence, butterfat, milk albumen, lactose,DM in TMR group raise by 5.60%,7.49%, 1.54%and 0.26%separately for the rates. In TMR group butterfat amount, milk albumen amount, lactose amount improved 3.88%-12.33%-8.33%-7.89% separately always than tradition,but don't achieve significant level.4.The investigation of three pasture feeding compared the traditional use with TMR feeding, every cows with TMR feeding can increase 2,303 yuan per year, and per cow increase 1307 yuan per year calculated by the whole group. Using of TMR feeding technology can significantly improve dairy farming income.5,3 Ranches optimizate many aspects in running TMR feeding technology from salaries, disease treatment, improving breeding and other sectors, comparing with the traditional feeding, which saves 165 yuan per cow. Although the use of TMR feeding technology will have a large cost at first, it will save more cost from long-term development.6,From the long-term overall benefits analysis, compared with the traditional breeding technology, keeping a reasonable running TMR can increase economic efficiency 1,472 yuan per cow per year.
