In this research, the test tube plantlet of Pyrus betulaefolia were used to make an investigation on the revulsive effect of Pyrus betulaefolia callus,and at the same time,the effect of explants growths and development,both attacting different crosses and concentrat -ion of 3 hormones.Finally we found the optimum ratio of hormone,and also found the effect of exogenous hormone on Pyrus betulaefolia endogenous hormone contents.The main results were as followed:1) In Bunge's callus induction,different concentrations of a single hormone and proportion of different hormone combinations for the induction of a significant difference。6-BA and NAA suitable for both callus induction from explants can guarantee that the strong growth.When concentration of NAA is 0.1-0.5 mg/l,6-BA is 0.5-2.0 mg/l,callus and explant growth conditions are better.2) Although the NAA and 2.4-D co-use of treated explants,the growth potential is very weak and even part of the dead. But the induced callus bigger than other treatments. This is after adding the outer edge of the callus in hormone endogenous hormone content of change.3) When adding a single NAA,6-BA,2,4-D, the average content of dry matter were 0.5295g,0.7978g,0.5606g; 2,4-D and NAA mixed use,the average content of dry matter were 0.1108g,0.1796g;6-BA and NAA mixed use, the average content of dry matter were 0.1796g. Although the content is slightly different, but the same hormone in different concentrations did not change significantly. Two exogenous hormones mixed use, explants of dry matter accumulation than the reduction in the single add the outer edge of the hormone.4) When adding a single exogenous hormone, callus endogenous GA, ABA, IAA, ZT have been a significant increase, the highest values were 142.74ng / g, 55.36 ng / g, 24.34 ng / g, 22.16 ng / g; The addition of two hormones,the callus endogenous GA, ABA, IAA, ZT different change; The external callus growth showed a great deal of difference in performance.5) Exogenous and endogenous hormones in Pyrus Callus has a strong interaction, add a different one exogenous hormone, shown to promote the synthesis of endogenous hormones Pyrus , to increase the overall level of endogenous hormones,It also can cause a change in the ratio between hormone. However, different hormones on the outer edge of the callus Pyrus affect endogenous hormone has some differences. Endogenous hormone levels in some or different aspect ratio of endogenous hormones, far beyond the outer edge of hormones do not add hormones distribution of callus.
