Stripe rust,aused by Puccinia striiformis Westend.f.sp.tritici(Pst),is a devastating disease in wheat in the western China. The most effective,economic,easy and evironmental friendly way to counter the continuous evolution of Pst populations is to develop wheat cultivars resistance to this pathogen. So, the key.to solve the problem of Wheat varieties resistant to stripe rust loss is to find and use new wheat disease resistance germplasm and high-quality resistance genes.In this research,Genetic analysis of translocation lines V3, V19 of Triticum aestivum-Hayaldia Villosa for resistance to stripe rust were investigated systematically,.then,SSR of stripe rust resistence gene in translocation line, V3,was researched.The results are as follows:1. Single dominant gene confer resistance to Sun11-11 in V3.The SSR markers linked with in translocation line V3 was developed, seven markers gwm403, barc81, barc188, gwm124, cfa2147, wmc830, wmc719 and two RGAP markers, YrV3-RG1 and YrV3-RG2,which were located in the chromosome 1BL. YrV3 of direase resistance gene from V3 were designated temporarily. The map distance among these markers to YrV3 are 13.8cM,11.4 cM,10.2 cM,5.1 cM,7.1 cM,13.1 cM,16.3cM,6.9 cM and 11.6 cM respectively.2,V19 was tested with prevalent stripe rust races CYR29, CYR30, CYR31, CYR32,CYR33, Sunll-4, Sunll-11, all of which were resistance to stipe rust races expect CYR32.Genetic analysis results shown One dominant gene and one recessive confer resistance gene to CYR29 and Sunll-11.;Two independent dominant genes confer resistance to both CYR30 and Sunll-4.;Two complementary dominant genes confer resistance to both CYR31 and CYR33.;Single dominant gene confer resistance to CYR32 in V19This study revealed genetic mechanism of tow translocation lines resistance to stripe rust and obtain moleculer markers.
