Cucumber seedlings wered irrigated twice by three kinds of extracts (ethanol acetone and aqueous) of the seed of parsley, at the stage of first euphylla (the wide of leaf reached 5cm), Then membrbrane protectivesystem, protective substances andactive oxygen metabolism in leaf of cucumber were measured, in order to study themechanism of allelopathy of extracts of the seed of parsley on Fusarium oxysporiumf.sp.cucumerinum. The results showed that: The changes of membrbrane protective system in leaf of cucumber after different extracts of the seed of parsley treatment. After ethanol extract of seed treatment, activities of SOD, POD and CAT were higher respectively 13.95%~24.05%, 13.81%~26.51% and 15.81%~21.36% than that of thecontrol obviously, malondiadehyde hydecontent and eleetrolyes leakage were lower respectively13.12%~22.82% and 20.68%~75.16% than that of the controlobviously, and the differences between them all reached significant and extremely significant .After acetone extract of seed treatment, activities of SOD, POD and CAT were higher respectively 38.71%~64.79%, 21.20%~64.84% and 23.01%~51.82% than that of the control obviously, malondiadehyde content and eleetrolyes leakage were lower respectively14.17%~19.22% and 15.75%~32.97% than that of the control obviously, and the differences between them all reached significant and extremely significant. After aqueous extract of seed treatment, activity of SOD, POD and CAT were higher respectively 13.95%~4.05%,13.84%~26.51% and 15.81%~21.36% than that of the control obviously, and the differences between them all reached significant, malondiadehyde content and eleetrolyes leakage were not significantly lower than that of the control. The changes of protective substances in leaf of cucumber after different extracts of the seed of parsley treatment. After ethanol extract of seed treatment, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and SPAD value were higher respectively19.57%~32.53%, 24.76%~56.59% and 18.35%~30.08% than that of the control obviously and the differences between them all reached significant and extremely significant After acetone extract of seed treatment, soluble sugar content ,soluble protein content and SPAD value were higher respectively23.43%~54.38%,12.05%~37.67% and 12.61%~39.05% than that of the control obviously and the differences between them all reached significant and extremely significant. After aqueous extract of seed treatment, soluble sugar content ,soluble protein content and SPAD valuewere higher respectively13.18%~25.34%,19.15%~26.04% and 11.27%~22.76% than that of the control obviously and the differences between them all reached significant .The changes of active oxygen metabolism in leaf of cucumber after different extracts of the seed of parsley treatment. After ethanol extract of seed treatment, H2O2 content O2-. were lower respectively11.28%~36.94% and 13.29%~20.09% than that of the control obviously ,and the differences between them all reached significant and extremely significant. After acetone extract of seed treatment , H2O2 content O2-. were lower respectively11.50%~27.59% and 11.23%~19.14% than that of the control obviously, and the differences between them all reached significant. After aqueous extract of seed treatment , H2O2 content O2-. were significantly lower than that of the control.
