In order to the Mechanism of Allelopathy of Extracts of the Root materials of Parsley on Fusarium oxysporiumf. sp. Cucumerinum, Cucumber seedlings wered irrigated twice by three kinds of extracts (aqueous, ethanol, and acetone) of the root and the rhizosphere of parsley, at the stage of first euphylla (the wide of leaf reached5cm), then the changes of physiology and biochemistry indexes in leaf of cucumber were measured.The resultes showed that:The changes of enzymes activities in leaf of cucumber after different extracts of the root and rhizosphere parsley treatment. After aqueous extract of root treatment, activities of SOD, POD, CAT, Chitinase, PAL and PPO were higher respectively4.82%~33.17%,4.15%~18.77%,74.59%~97.95%,1.31%-23.47%,33.33%-81.25%and33.33%-81.25%than that of the control, activities of Cx and PMG were lower respectively1.07%~18.07%and0.54%~28.79%than that of the control. After aqueous extract of rhizosphere treatment, activities of SOD, POD, CAT, Chitinase, PAL and PPO were higher respectively8.41%~70.17%,12.17%~18.77%,77.32%~108.87%,4.06%~20.94%,24.24%~95.52%and24.24%~95.52%than that of the control, activities of Cx and PMG were lower respectively2.12%~20.54%and5.85%~41.84%than that of the control. After ethanol extract of root treatment, activities of SOD, POD, CAT, Chitinase, PAL and PPO were higher respectively1.14%~47.38%,2.48%~26.33%,77.78%~139.60%,1.73%~27.51%,32.95%~96.55%and32.95%~96.55%than that of the control, activities of Cx and PMG were lower respectively2.54%~21.60%and18.93%~49.89%than that of the control. After ethanol extract of rhizosphere treatment, activities of SOD, POD, CAT, Chitinase, PAL and PPO were higher respectively12.65%~74.38%,9.29%~85.06%,91.59%~159.08%,3.71%~41.45%,46.59%~97.83%and46.59%~97.83%than that of the control, activities of Cx and PMG were lower respectively5.71%~23.35%、3.15%~36.40%than that of the control. After acetone extract of root treatment, activities of SOD, POD, CAT, Chitinase, PAL and PPO were higher respectively16.84%~60.48%,4.32%~53.16%,73.56%~115.18%,3.10%-24.74%,77.27%~90.91%and77.27%~90.91%than that of the control, activities of Cx and PMG were lower respectively2.02%~22.54%and4.08%~34%than that of the control. After ethanol extract of rhizosphere treatment, activities of SOD, POD, CAT, Chitinase, PAL and PPO were higher respectively36.41%~77.45%,20.54%~59.80%,81.97%-141.58%, 4.62%~32.69%,81.43%~97.40%and81.43%~97.40%than that of the control, activities of Cx and PMG were lower respectively1.76%~26.16%and6.81%~47.17%than that of the control.The changes of substances contents in leaf of-cucumber after different extracts of the root and rhizosphere parsley treatment. After aqueous extract of root treatment, contenrs of soluble proteins and proline were higher respectively24.49%~288.12%and0.99%~58.23%than that of the control, contenrs of MDA,O2-and H2O2were lower respectively0.53%~16.51%,0.12%~22.62%and1.26%~5.26%than that of the control. After aqueous extract of rhizosphere treatment, contenrs of soluble proteins and proline were higher respectively15.77%~325.96%and6.67%~105.03%than that of the control, contenrs of MDA,O2-and H2O2were lower respectively1.14%~5.62%,0.21%~23.23%and12.05%~18.69%than that of the control. After ethanol extract of root treatment, contenrs of soluble proteins and proline were higher respectively27.41%~115.43%and13.68%~81.20%than that of the control, contenrs of MDA,0O-and H2O2were lower respectively4.24%~24.01%,11.30%~34.17%and0.86%~9.84%than that of the control. After ethanol extract of rhizosphere treatment, contenrs of soluble proteins and proline were higher respectively8.12%~117.77%and15.05%~105.06%than that of the control, contenrs of MDA,O2-and H2O2were lower respectively5.34~26.55%,13.93%~47.92%and5.41%~16.93%than that of the control. After acetone extract of root treatment, contenrs of soluble proteins and proline were higher respectively1.20%~194.72%and8.04%~106.09%than that of the control, contenrs of MDA,O2-and H2O2were lower respectively0.92%y~35.73%,11.10%~35.81%and0.28%~10.72%than that of the control. After ethanol extract of rhizosphere treatment, contenrs of soluble proteins and proline were higher respectively10.60%~180.45and32.71%~133.37%than that of the control, contenrs of MDA,O2-and H2O2were lower respectively0.79%~33.60%,14.45%~36.61%and9.22%~19.08%than that of the control.From the two kinds of root extracts to see, the variation of rhizosphere extracts treatment was the greater than root extracts.
