The column chromatography was used to study the allelopathy of the fifth and sixth times separation fractions of acetone extract of roots and seeds of parsley on Fusariurm oxysporiumf.sp cucumeris,and the GC-MS was used to analyse the sixth times separation fraction of acetone.The results were as follows:1.The best fractions of the fifth times separation of acetone of the fresh root of parsley were RA3 2 4 62,RA33444,RA98898 and RA910664,the best allelopathical effect compared with CK were improved to 38.74%?38.91%?44.31%?38.17%respectively.The best fractions of sixth times separation of acetone of the fresh root of parsley were RA324625,RA334448,RA988981 and RA9106645,the best allelopathical effect compared with CK were improved to 43.06%?38.56%?45.24%?46.60%,respectively.2.The best fractions of fifth times separation of acetone of the rhizosperic soil of parsley were RSA14734,RSA16248,RSA71298 and RSA75356.The best allelopathical effect compared with CK were improved to 36.35%?30.31%?28.35%?36.12%,respectively.The best fractions of sixth times separation of acetone of the rhizosperic soil of parsley were RSA147341,RSA162489,RSA712982 and RSA75356,the best allelopathical effect compared with CK were improved to 41.00%?38.41%?42.02%?36,38%,respectively.3.The best fractions of fifth times separation of acetone of the seeds of parsley were SA54838,SA55884,SA714105 and SA72263,the best allelopayhical effect compared with CK were improved to 35.18%?48.85%?36.00%?24.96%,respectively.The best fractions of sixth times separation of acetone of the seeds of parsley were SA548388,SA558845,SA71410510 and SA722635,respectively.The best allelopayhical effect compared with CK were improved to 44.48%?46.58%?36.53%,36.46%,respectively.4.The cucumber seedlings resistanted to the cucumber wilt was induced by all of twelve best fractions which were separated from roots substance and seeds of acetone of parsley.The control effect of the four best fractions from parsley fresh root reached to 82.92%?82.26%?83.53%?80.24%,respectively.The control effect of the four best fractions from the rhizosperic soil of parsley reached to 81.92%?84.61%?84.24%?79.32%,respectively.The control effect of the four best fractions from the seeds of acetone reached to 77.58%?80.21%?77.55%?78.29%,respectively.The filed testing confirmed that the effect of the roots substance of acetone of parsley resist to the cucumber wilt were better than the seed's.5.The main allelopathicals of the twelve best allelopathic fractions of acetone of roots substance and seeds of parsley after sixth times separation were found which including seven kinds of alkane:Tetracosane?Heptacosane?Octadecane?Octacosane?Heneicosane?Tricosane?Tetratetracontane;three kinds of acid:n-Hexadecanoic acid?Octadecanoic acid?Oleic acid;four kinds of phenol:4-(1,1-dimethylpropyl)Phenol?4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbuty)Phenol?Butylated Hydroxytoluene?3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)Phenol;five kinds of ester:9-Octadecenoic acid(9Z)octadecyl ester?14-methyl pentadecanoic acid methyl ester?Methyl hexadecanoate?Dimethyl phthalate?Heptadecanoic acid 16-methyl-methyl esters of acetone of parsley.
