| Virus infection is one of the main factors to cause degeneration and yield reduction in potato production. Use of virus-free seed potatoes is efficient method to control virus diseases, improve potato yield and tuber quality. The technologies of viruse eradication in potato were developed by numbers of researchers. 3 genotypes of breeding lines infected by different virus with 6 treatments were used in this study to establish a simple,easy to operate and effective technology for virus elimination in potato virus-free seed tubers production system.. The main results are as follows:1,The best method for eliminating PVS was 2-phyllopodium meristem culture combined the treatment with 40 mg·kg-1 of ribavirin. 83.07% of meristems were successfully cleaned.2,The best method for eliminating PLRV was 2-phyllopodium meristem culture combined the treatment with 40 mg·kg-1 of ribavirin. 73.09% of meristems were successfully cleaned.3,The best method for eliminating PVY is 8-week heat treatment combined with 40 mg·kg-1. of ribavirin.4,Compound virus-eliminated method is better than single virus-eliminated method.
