In this study, selected 22 cows in late pregnancy as the research objects, in cows pre-15d,7d,3d, litter day, postpartum 3d,7d,15d,30d,45d and 60d, a total of 10 time collected blood, serum taken Detection of serum P-hydroxybutyrate, blood glucose, adrenocorticotropic hormone, cortisol, albumin, total protein, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, potassium, calcium. Observes the clinical symptoms, combined withβ-hydroxybutyric acid test results, determine the healthy cow and Ketosis cow, Analyzes the dynamic changes rule of the indicators of cows before and after birth.1.β-hydroxybutyric acid test results showed that 22 cows,17 cows with ketosis, the incidence rate was 77.3%, of which 5 were clinical,12 subclinical type; 17 sick cows, 5 cows disease before delivery.2. Adrenocorticotropic hormone delivery rose rapidly, from 3 days before delivery of 13.73pg/L up to 23.63pg/L, after delivery decreased to 15 world reduced to a minimum,11.81pg/L, P<0.05, significant difference.3 days before delivery of cortisol to 4.55ng/L, delivery day for the 18.49 ng/L, rising rapidly after delivery dropped 4.19 ng/L, rapidly decreased, P<0.01, extremely significant difference. The cortisol change basically consistent with adrenocorticotropic hormone, which is positive correlation.3. Blood sugar which before birth was 3.80mmol/L, delivery rose to 5.18 mmol/L, after delivery decreased to 15 days a minimum value of 3.64mmol/L, P<0.05, significant difference. In the case of reproductive stress, by hormonal changes of cortisol, blood glucose levels increased at first, then decreased, changes consistency in rule with adrenocorticotropic hormone and cortisol, the concentration of the three peaks in labor.4. The detection of serum glucose levels a minimum of 2.2 mmol/L, up to 7.8 mmol /L, bovine serum ketone patients blood sugar average 3.64-5.18 mmol/L, found th no clear correlation the level of serum glucose with serumβ-hydroxybutyric acid, blood glucose levels couldn't reflect cow which suffering from ketosis, ketosis, and milk yield occurred no necessary connection.5. Late pregnancy and early labor, bovine serum total protein was slightly lower than normal, the minimum delivery time value, P> 0.05, not significant; albumin decreased after delivery, P> 0.05, not significant; Albumin and globulin ratio were nomal, then decline after delivery.6. AST rose rapidly after birth, when litter size 68.55±4.22 u/L, on the third day after labor, rise to 114.68±5.58 u/L. P<0.01, significant difference; ALT after delivery did not rise markedly, P> 0.05, the difference was not significant.7. Time after delivery of serum potassium concentration in the 3.67-3.93mmol/L, lower than normal (3.9-5.8mmol/L), potassium in early lactation cows require large; delivery lowest serum calcium concentration, while the highest alkaline phosphatase, bovine bone metabolism was strong in vivo before and after childbirth.
