The forest spatial structure had reflected in the forestry species spatial relations. The goal of studying the forest spatial structure is to provide basis for forest management. The forest landscape quality estimation is a important link of the forest scenic resources management, and it also is premise of the forest protection and forest use. At present we not yet see the report about unifies the forest spatial structure characteristic with its landscape quality analysis,inquired about that between the forest spatial structure and the landscape quality's relations' research. This paper takes the scenic forest of Tiantai Mountain in National Longmenshan Geopark scenery as the study object.2 plots which are typical in Tiantai Mountain are setted up.Then investigate the information of each tree and take photo of forest landscape in the plots.The plot 1 with size of 70×70 m2 and the plot 2 with size of 50×100 m2.The total area of 2 plots is 9900 m2. With the help of the GIS technology, carries on the analysis from the spatial structure and the landscape quality of he scenic-recreational forest of Tiantai Mountai.Its purpose is through the research to reveal the relation between landscape and spatial structure of forest, and provide the theory basis to instruct the forest management, so that forest display ecological benefit and landscape benefit better.This paper first describes the forest spatial structure by factors of neighborhood pattern, neighborhood comparison and species segregation. The analysis result as follow:1. About the neighborhood pattern, plot 1 is Wi=0.555, plot 2 is Wi =0.527.According to Wi>0.517 is clumped distribution, two plots'neighborhood pattern all belong to the clumped distribution.2. About the neighborhood comparison, plot 1 is Ud=0.509 and Uh =0.546.They describe that whether neighborhood comparison of DBH or neighborhood comparison of height, compare to adjacent trees, majority target trees in growth predominance in its composition structure cell of plot 1.Plot 2 is Ud=0.536 and Uh=0.581.They describe that whether neighborhood comparison of DBH or neighborhood comparison of height, compare to adjacent trees, majority target trees in growth predominance in its composition structure cell of plot 2.3. About the species segregation, the Ms of plot land plot 2 are 0.497 and 0.520.They explained that the tree spiece separation degree is medium level in two plots.This paper also analyse the forest landscape quality.It uses the Scenic Beauty Estimation Method which most widespread of psychological physics method in the 1. Connect the scenic beauty estimation values and decomposition of the important landscape factors including the spatial structure factor values, the landscape evaluation model as follow: y=-0.368-0.607x1+1.005x2-0.003x5+0.43x7+0.124x1012. The landscape evaluation model showes that main factors which affect beauty of the scenic-recreational forest of Tiantai Mountain as follow:Neighborhood Comparison of DBH> Neighborhood Pattern> Average height> Natural pruning> Canopy density. And, the Neighborhood Comparison of DBH and Neighborhood Pattern are introduced into the model successfully shows that the forest structure is related with the landscape.
