Because of its high ornamental and timber value, Cerasus campanulata has good prospects for development. In this research, we reported the reproductive shoot and somatic embryogenesis of Cerasus campanulata. The results are as the followings:1. The differentiation and induction for adventitious buds. Based on the impact factors on the explants, basal medium, plant growth regulator concentrations and ratios, the optimal induction medium was confirmed as 1/2MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA0.01mg/L+sucrose20g +Vc5mg/L.2. Shoot multiplication culture. Based on the macro-elements, plant growth regulator concentrations and ratios were obtained. The best medium was confirmed as that MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L+GA0.3mg/L+Soucrose 20g/L+Vc5mg/L.3. Rooting culture. By adjusting the different components in the medium, selecting the best medium of rooting culture is 1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L+Soucrose 20g/L+Vc5mg/L.4. Callus induction of somatic embryogenesis. Based on the analysis of explants, basic media, macro-elements, plant growth regulator concentrations and ratios were obtained. The best medium is: MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D2.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L+Soucrose 30g/L +Vc 5mg/L.5. Callus multiplication culture. By adjusting the macro elements in the media, plant growth regulator concentrations and ratios on callus multiplication culture. The best medium was confirmed as that MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+2,4-D1.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+soucrose30g/L+ Vc5mg/L.6. The differentiation of callus. Based on the effect of cytokinin, auxin and soucrose, found the best medium is: MS+ZT0.1~2mg/L+NAA0.05~1mg/L+CH0~0.5g/L+ soucrose30g/L, then turn to MS+ABA0.25~3mg/L+CH0.5g/L(LH0.2g/L) +VC5mg/L + soucrose40g/L+ agar6.2g/L, to obtain good results.
