Cerasus campanulata ‘zhongguohong’ and C. campanulata ‘fugui’ were suitable for planting in southern China, which had good appreciation and stronger sistance. This study established an economic and high effective technology system on rapid propagation of C.campanulata ‘zhongguohong’ and C.campanulata ‘fugui’. By comparison of the mainly factors on induction culture, proliferation culture and rooting culture. The main results were as follows:1.The optimal inducing medium of C.campanulata ‘zhongguohong’ was modified MS+ 6-BA1.0 mg/L + NAA0.1mg/L + sugar 3% + agar 0.6%,the induction rate as high as83.3%; The optimal inducing medium of C.campanulata ‘fugui’ was modified MS +6-BA1.0 mg/L + IBA0.1 mg/L + sugar 3% + agar 0.6%,the induction rate as high as 71.6%.2.The optimal multiplication medium of C.campanulata ‘zhongguohong’ was modified MS + 6-BA1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L + IBA 0.2 mg/L + GA30.5 mg/L +sugar3% + agar 0.6%, the optimal multiplication medium of C.campanulata ‘fugui’ was modified MS + 6-BA1.0 mg/L + IBA0.1 mg/L + GA30.1 mg/L + sugar 3% + agar 0.6%, p H5.8, subculture cycle is 20 d, the highest multiplication rate of them are 4.57 and 4.65.3.The optimal rooting medium of C.campanulata ‘zhongguohong’ was modified1/2MS +NAA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L, rooting rate has reached 100%,within 15 d, the optimal rooting medium of C.campanulata‘fugui’ was modified 1/2MS +NAA 0.5mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L,rooting rate has reached 100%,within 15 d.4.The rooted plantlets were successfully transferred into plastic cups containing a sterile perliteand peat soil mixture and vermiculite in a ratio of 2:1:1.The survival rate reached 96.1%.
