This paper did the research on seeding production technology and asexual reproduction technology of Cerasus campanulata Maxim.Through the cold-warm-cold stratification treatment which did on the Cerasus campanulata Maxim,to conclude the influence of the budingrate which disposed under the alterable temperature regimes,the variance analysis were used to discover the best parameter of temperature and to lead the production.The cutting were treatmented in different time,different accelerating agent of rooting and different consistency of accelerating agent,in order to find the best time, accelerating agent and consistency for cutting propagation.From the grafting experiment, the variance analysis were used to analized the influence of different grafting time and grafting mode to find the best grafting time and mode.The results showed:(1)Variance analysis indicated that the stratified seeds of Cerasus campanulata were germinated in different temperature regimes. The seed of Cerasus campanulata has the fastest and highest budingrate which were disposed under the alterable temperature regimes between 5℃-20℃for 10d and then the constant temperature regimes of 5℃for 30d. And cold-warm-cold stratification treatment had some influence up on the budingrate,as long as added the time of treatment the budingrate were increaseing the same,but it no longer increase when the temperature reach a specific level.(2) Variance analysis indicated that the most proper time of cutting propagation is October 15th, The results showed that the rooting rate could be up to 56.67%; The reach showed the three accelerating agent has different effect on the cutting,the best is IBA.(3)The study is carried out to Cerasus campanulata plantation with different grafting method, in six different time.The results showed that the best methods for grafting were on December 15th and the survival rate of the grafting could decline with the time went on. And had a high level of survival rate which were grafting with bud,it could reach 98%and92%. the result showed 500 mg/kg IBA had a promotive effect on rooting of cutting.Combine the two factors the best resclu will get.This may related to the bud time of Cerasus campanulata,which blooming in February~March. In the spring,with the temperature rising the growing speed were increase the same.
