The biomass energy have distributes broad, renewable, the low sulfur and the carbon dioxide zero emissions characteristic,It holds the quite important status in our country's energy structures. The combustion of the material thermochemistry to transform is maturest and applies the most widespread technology,It has superiority to low cost, low risk and high efficiency and so on. The biomass combustion technology differently to be possible to divide into direct combustion, briquettes combustion, bales combustion. biomass bales combustion is good way to biomass combustion , It has the biological nature fagoting density to be moderate, the high production efficiency, and better the combustion effect .It becomes an important development direction in combustion use technology.Our country have already the basic requirement, each kind of bales machinery has already marketed, the equipment has also finalized, for instance wheat straw stalk, the corn straw stalk, the grass bales machinery and so on . However ,biomass bales combustion technology theory and the application just started,biomass bales combustion equipment is not mature, efficiency is not to high, then has affected the entire technical promoted application.It is well known, only grasped the kinetics of combustion characteristic,can we find out the inquire deeply reaction process and the mechanism, forecasts the reaction rate and the difficulty degree, thus we can designs reasonable burning with this fuel-burning equipment. This article through to the corn straw stalk and the kinetics of combustion characteristic research, It has provided the theory basise to quipment's design and the movement. Mainly conclusion:(1) Using Using the LCT-2B, we observed the corn stalks, analyzed various differential thermal analyses curve characteristic value, heating rate to curve characteristic value influence.and established the corn straw stalk bales combustion Kinetics model.(2)According to the characteristics of biomass bales combustion, a special kind of boiler can be designed by means of selecting the boiler parameters and thermodynamic computation. It will be directly out the flow of air temperatures and fuel combustion and other data quality, It could also observe fuel burning process and in this research fuel burning process and the factors influencing.(3) Using a special porosity measuring device, we tested the relative porosity of corn stalks combustion factor (temperature, air volume), obtains this fuel burning dynamics parameter through the dynamic equation: Activation energy E and frequency factor A.
