In this paper,the oily sludge in northeast area common corn stalk,rice stalk,Bean Stalk and Daqing area is mixed for preparing briquette raw materials,research on combustion method using isothermal combustion,for mixed briquette combustion optimal parameters.The kinetic model of combustion reaction was established by kinetic model,and the mechanism was verified.The pollutant emission characteristics of blended briquette were analyzed,which provided a basis for the utilization of two kinds of waste materials.In this paper,corn stalk,rice stalk,Bean Stalk and sludge characteristics of raw materials by element analysis,industry analysis,thermal analysis,the content of the raw material element by element analysis,using experimental method,in-depth exploration of heat release,adding the oily sludge in the raw material,fuel calorific value increase as the unit cost reduction.The chemical reactions during fuel oxidation provide data for combustion studies.The straw and clay cold pressed briquette fuel,with sludge addition ratio,combustion temperature,particle size of raw materials for the influencing factors to the maximum rate of combustion,SO2 emission as the evaluation index,by single factor experiment and dynamic model,the results show that the sludge ratio is 5%15%,the combustion temperature is 750 DEG 850 DEG,raw materials the particle size is 812mm,better performance of briquette combustion;reaction series in different size under the condition of 3 kinds of mixed fuels,activation energy and frequency factor and other parameters,the parameters can be mixed combustion briquette combustion process follows the basic equation of dynamics,and can be described by one step reaction followed by two times;experimental study on rotation orthogonal regression,to further explore the sludge addition ratio,combustion temperature,material size effect rule of the combustion of the fuel,get The optimum combustion parameters are as follows:when the combustion temperature is 800 degrees,the mixture ratio is 8%,and the particle size is8 mm,the maximum combustion rate and SO2 emission are 0.0019g/s and 57.80 mg,respectively.Study on burning test device of briquette fuel SO2 and NO emission characteristics of application of tube furnace was investigated,corn stalk,rice stalk,Bean Stalk and sludge combustion and emission characteristics of SO2 and NO alone,influence,the dosage ratio of the oily sludge and combustion temperature of mixed briquette combustion SO2 and NO emissionsand the results showed that straw separate sludge combustion and the dosage ratio of the oily sludge on SO2 and NO emissions are affected and its elements,the relationship between the transformation and the proportion of sludge added SO2 and NO rate need further analysis,the temperature is an important factor influencing briquette fuel emissions,with the increase of temperature,NO and SO2 emissions and conversion rate obvious changes.
