| The chemical component is significant different in content because of great differences in Characteristics among tea varieties,which due to specific character of processing suitability for tea kinds. Meanwhile,because of the various variety characteristics,the enrichment on fluoride and lead diverses.Therefore, in order to produce high quality, low-fluorine, low lead Fuzhuan tea products,breeding should be put on the frist place. In this study,some appropriate varieties were selected,aiming at providing high quality of material for high quality, low-fluorine and low lead Fuzhuan tea products,boosting industrial production of Fuzhuan tea. Major of the result in this study is as below:1.Comparing the chemical composition content in the leaves by different picking criterion,the overall trend is that, amino acids, polyphenols and water extracts reduced with the aging of leaves,while the fluorine and lead content rise when the leaves getting old.2.The chemical composition both in fresh leaves and raw dark tea in different harvest was determined,as well as the sensory of raw dark tea was evaluated.It shows that, the chemical composition of tea in different harvesting times show some differences, but the content changes in the fresh leaves and in the raw dark tea show some great consistency. Tea in later spring should be better when the raw material quality and costs was taken into consider.3.The chemical composition content was determined both in the fresh and raw dark material,as well as the sensory evaluation was made for raw dark tea of different tea varieties,the result showed that number 6,number 5 and number 4 in bajiao, number 3, number 6 in shiyanchang and number 2 in tangxi were better. |
