The diversities of SLA in 10 breeds with 346 Chinese miniature pigs which including Diannan small ear pig, Bama miniature pig, Congjiang xiang pig, Wu zhishan pig, Mingguang small ear pig in southern China, Hezuo pig in the plateau and Hebao pig in northern China and 3 groups of sus scrofa which contained Dongbei wild pig, Huanan wild pig and Yunnan wild pig were analyzed by 18 microsatellites of SLA for the first time, Secondly, the SLA diversities which in and among families in 3 breeds which including 39 Tibet Hogs with red hair,9 Congjiang xiang pigs and 36 Lan Tang pigs were also analyzed by the same method in this study. The diversities of SLA in different populations were estimated by the parameters about the number of alleles (Na), genetic heterozygosity (H), polymorphic information content (PIC) and Haplotyping; The diversities of SLA among different populations were estimated by the test of AMOVA (Analyses of Molecular Variance), Fst and the Clustering by the Neighbor-Joining method. The results were showed as follows:1. Compared with the diversities of 18 microsatellites in different regions of SLA, The results showed that the diversities in the regionⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere gradually step down, their values of PIC were 0.6626,0.5309,0.4619, respectively. The diversity near the Centromere was lowest and the value of PIC is 0.1739.2.143 alleles were found in 6 populations,5 locus with many alleles (more than 10 alleles) while 2 locus were not. There were 2 alleles at SLAMS057 "and no allele at SLAMS094. The allelic number of Tibet hogs was much more than that of the family of Congjiang xiang pigs and 4 families of Lan Tang pigs, Otherwise there was no significant difference of the allelic number between Congjiang xiang pigs and Lan Tang pigs.3. Among 10 breeds miniature pigs, It was found that the Fst among the southern China miniature pigs, between them and transitional type (Mingguang small ear pig) was similar; The Fst between Hebao pig and almost southern China miniature pigs,3 groups of sus scrofa was quite different, the Fst between Hebao pig and Hezuo pig was Compromise. By the clustering analysis, It was found that Mingguang small ear pig grouped with Diannan small ear pig for the first, then grouped with other miniature pigs in southern China, so Mingguang small ear pig belonged to the type of southern China; Furthermore,2 miniature pigs of northern China belonged to one group and He zuo pig belonged to another. Compared with the diversities of 7 Chinese miniature domesticated pigs (By PIC), the highest was Diannan small ear pigs (0.6396), then Mingguang small ear pigs (0.6356), Wu zhishan pig (0.6033), Bama miniature pig (0.5947), Hezuo pig (0.5930), Congjiang xiang pig (0.5476) were as followed, and the lowest was Hebao pig in northern China (0.4330).In the family pupulation, By the clustering to the individuals, it was showed that almost individuals were divided into different branches according to their breeds. But some individuals (such as Tr003, LTB001)appeared in other populations.4. In the research of haplotyping,10 haplotypes were obtained in SLAⅠregion and 4 of them were major haplotypes; In regionⅡ,10 haplotypes were obtained, furthermore, the frequency of these haplotypes was 10.938%~21.184%; In regionⅢ,11 haplotypes were obtained and 4 of them were major haplotypes; Finally,6 microsatellites in these 3 regions were used to determined the haplotypes and 9 haplotypes and 4 of them were recombinant haplotypes. The recombinant locus were distributed in SLA reionⅠandⅢbut none in regionⅡ. In the family pupulation,10 haplotypes were obtained in SLA regionⅠand 3 of them were major haplotypes:Hp11.1>Hp11.5=Hp11.7. In SLA regionⅡ, 12 haplotypes were got and also 3 major haplotypes:Hp10.1>Hp10.4>Hp10.7. Finally,8 microsatellites in these 2 regions were used to determined the haplotype and 11 haplotypes were obtained and 5 of them were recombinant haplotypes.5. The duplication of 3~5 fragments were found at SLAMS034, SLAMS052 in the population of Lan Tang pigs and Tibet Hogs, respectively.
