The Study On Quality Regionalization Of Characteristic Flue-cured Tobacco In Yanbian

Yanbian is the main tobacco planting area in Jilin Province, Yanbian area is also the Jilin tobacco industry's main raw material base, sustainable development of the region's tobacco is significant for Jilin tobacco industry and business. This study is on the basis of the quality indicators in recent years, by variance analysis, cluster analysis, principal component analysis, comprehensive evaluation of the flue-cured tobacco in Yanbian,and GIS techniques are taken to conduct precision tobacco quality division。its main conclusions are as follows:(1) Yanbian flue-cured tobacco quality has significantly improved, orange tobacco's quantity has increased ,maturity has been relatively stable annually , but color, leaf structure, capacity, oil and color have greatly changed annually, the appearance quality of Wangqing daxinggou station is the best ; Dunhua qinggouzi and Longjing Chaoyangchuan stations's tobacco is of poor appearance quality, it needs to be further improved.(2) Physical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco are relatively stable in the same year between different locations, but there are some differences between years. Yanbian tobacco has better moisture absorption and larger tension, good resistance processability.The Physical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco are better in Longjing Dragon River, Wangqing Wangqing, Longjing Chaoyangchuan, Helong East, and Helong Luguo, and Helong Longshui station, while Dunhua Heishi and Dunhua Qiuligou station are of poor Physical characteristics.(3) Yanbian flue-cured tobacco's chemical components exist a wide range of difference in different counties and cities ,Yanbian tobacco areas'total sugar content has been maintained at a high level; Since 2006, leaf maturity has been better controlled, Protein content of tobacco has been effectively reduced and controlled. reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, protein, chloride and ratio of nitrogen to nicotine have located in a more appropriate range; potassium and the ratio of potassium to chlorine has improved, lie in a more appropriate range. Ratio of sugar to nitrogenand sugar to nicotine are slightly higher, ratio of nitrogen to nicotine has reduced to a more appropriate range. Chemical components are the most appropriate in Wangqing Wangqing, Wangqing Baicaogou, Wangqing Daxinggou, and Helong Longshui station, while Dunhua Heishi station's chemical components are of poor suitability.(4) In recent years , Yanbian flue-cured tobacco's neutral aroma components has increased, but inter-regional and inter-annual exists great differences, Wangqing's three tobacco station's carotenoids, neophytadiene and neutral aroma components total amount are the highest,for tobacco's amount of aroma ,there exists great discrepancy in Dunhua, Longjing, and Helong City to Wangqing County.(5) Sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco have some differences in different regions of Yanbian . Helong city, Longjiang station of southern Longjing and Dunhua Guandi Station's sensory quality are good, but sensory quality is poor in Longjing Chaoyangchuan, Dunhua Emu, Dunhua Qiuligou and Dunhua Heishi station, most areas'aroma quality, quantity and concentration of aroma lie in the middle level, it needs to be improved.(6) Wangqing's three tobacco stations and Dunhua qinggouzi station's chemical composition, neutral aroma components and sensory quality's score are higher, and weights are larger of the three indexes, its comprehensive scores are the highest, while Dunhua Qiuligou station, Dunhua Emu station and Dunhua Heishi station's comprehensive scores are lower.(7) On the basis of GIS technology's precision division, we can see, the region which has the good appearance of quality mainly in Wangqing ,daxinggo, Dunhua Yanminghu, Guandi ,Huangnihe, Helong Longshui, Lu guo and Chongshan Station; Better physical properties areas are mainly in Wangqing Wangqing station, Helong and Longjing City; Chemical composition of the coordination areas mainly distribute in Wangqing city, Helong Longshui station and Dunhua qinggouzi Station; high aroma area mainly concentrate in Wangqing; Better sensory quality regions focus in Helong City, Longjing Longjiang and Dunhua Guandi station;Better tobacco comprehensive quality areas are Wangqing city, Dunhua qinggouzi ,Helong Longshui and Longjing Longjiang station.
