In 2018 and 2019,the researches on the adaptability of different varieties in Sheqi County and the effect of nitrogen fertilization on the yield quality of highly flavored type flue-cured tobacco Nanyang in were carried out.The results are as follows:Research on the Adaptability of Different Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties in Sheqi,Nanyang.Under the ecological conditions in Sheqi County,the agronomic traits of KRK26 and Qushou No.1,such as the plant height,effective leaf amount,pitch and the largest leaf width and so on are superior to those of the control group-Yunyan 87.Qushou No.1 has strong resistance to rhizome diseases and foliar diseases.The output,average price and superior tobacco rate of Qushou No.1 are better than those of the control group.The appearance and quality of Qushou No.1 and K326 are the best,followed by KRK26.Qushou No.1,K326 and KRK26 are superior to Yunyan 87.Through the research,it is found that the intrinsic chemical compositions of Qushou 1,K326 and Yunyan 87 are more coordinated.At the same time,the unique styles of highly flavored Qushou No.1,K326 and Yunyan 87 have its own characteristics with top-quality flavor,enough aroma and higher sensory smoking evaluation.The analysis results of evaluation on single trait and grey correlation analysis show that Qushou No.1 Datian is outstanding in field growing,economic characters,disease resistance and prominent highly flavored type,which has demonstration promotion value.Although K326 is coordinated in chemical composition and better insensory smoking evaluation,its disease resistance is common with poor economic characters.Its complete set of cultivation techniques can be further studied.2.Effect of Varieties and Nitrogen Fertilization on the Quality of Sheqi Highly Flavored Flue-cured TobaccoUnder different nitrogen fertilizations,the comprehensive agronomic character of Qushou No.1 is superior to that of KRK26 and K326,among which K326 has the worst performance.With the increase of nitrogen application rate,the plant height,leaf amount,pitch and leaf width and length increase accordingly.When nitrogen content is 45kg/hm2,the dry matter accumulation of KRK26 and Qushou No.1 is the largest.The dry matter accumulation of K326 increases with the increase of nitrogen in a certain range.With the increase of nitrogen,the yield of three varieties shows an increasing trend.Under the same nitrogen level,the yield of tobacco leaf is KRK26>Qushou No.1>K326.The leaf value,average price and percentage of first-class and medium tobacco of KRK26 and Qushou No.1 are highest when nitrogen content is 45 kg /hm2,while those of K326 increases with the increase of nitrogen.The main chemical composition indexes of Qushou No.1 are among the appropriate range when nitrogen content is 30-60kg/hm2,and the chemical composition of KRK 26 and K326 is relatively coordinated when nitrogen content is 30kg/hm2 and 45kg/hm2,respectively.Under the same nitrogen level,the amora content shows K326>KRK26>Qushou No.1;the main amora content and the total amora of Qushou No.1 and K326 are highest when nitrogen is at 45kg/hm2,while the main amora content of KRK 26 is highest when nitrogen is at 30kg/hm2.Based on the economic and quality characters and flue-cured tobacco agronomic traits,the appropriate nitrogen content of Qushou No.1,KRK26 and K326 is 45 kg/hm2,30-45 kg /hm2 and 45-60kg/hm2,respectively.
