The Breeding Characteristics And Quality Of Bupleurum Chinense DC.from Different Provenances

Bupleurum chinense DC. is used as the materical research,using field experiments, the chemical composition of the extraction and laboratory analysis.The main objective of this thesis is to study differences in the seed traits, growth duration, leaf, root traits, yield and chemical composition. In the correlation between biological traits, yield and chemical composition, the main conclusions obtained are as follows:1.Through multiple comparisons and regression analysis, There are differences in some aspects such as seed length, seed width, species-based index , 1000-seed weight .The regression equation is y = 1.317 +9.871x1-13.956x2-0.566x3 ( F = 5.037, P = 0.009), y is the 1000-seed weight, x1 is the seed length , x2 is the seed wideth ,x3 is the species-based index .2.The individual development of Bupleurum chinense can be divided into six periodes : seedling stage, stem elongation stage, bud bursting stage, flowering stage, fruit-setting stage, fruit ripening stage , the overlap can be appeared between the growth period. The seed of liaoning and laiyuan can be completed the whole growth. It is annual vegetation period lasts basically 193 days . The seed of luanping ,chicheng and yuzhou were not reached to the fruit ripening stage. The seed of huairou was reached to the seedling stage and stem elongation stage.3.The trait of six provenances have existed difference ,such as leaf length,leaf width,petiole and so on .At last , based on the leaf trait , cluster analysis method .4. In the six provenances ,plant height ranged from 44 to 87 cm,The plant height is maximum , provenance in yuzhou is the second,provenance in huairou is the shortest . There were not significant difference between provenance in liaoning and in yuzhou, Provenances in luanping and laiyuan were not significant difference, other kinds of provenances are significantly different .5.In terms of Chlorophyll and root vitality, there are differences among the various provenances.6. Provenance in yuzhou is the highest yield; From the point of alcohol-soluble extract, provenance in yuzhou is relatively optimum; from the view of planting , provenance in yuzhou can not be completed the entire growth period within one year, while provenance in liaoning and in laiyuan should be priority consideration.7. Through correlation analysis, yield and seed length, root /top ratio, root diameter, leaf epidermis is a highly significant or significant positive correlation; ethanol extract content of roots and root length, root/top ratio was significantly positive correlation.
