Research On The Key Factors Influencing The Yield And Quality Of Bupleurum Chinense DC

In this paper, Bupleurum chinense was selected as material. In order to research different origin and specifications of the active ingredient influence to Bupleurum chinense.On the basis of results, a series of studies we did to explore the key technology of Bupleurum chinense in Longxi central. The main results are as follows:1、We did a comparative research to find out the characters and quality of Bupleurum collected from Shanxi Province, Jiangsu Province and different regions of Gansu Province.The results showed that the Commodity Bupleurum chinense circulated in Shanxi Province are relatively better than that from other areas,and the best quality of Bupleurum chinense are those cultivated in Gansu Province and selected or not are not significant on Bupleurum chinense in different areas.In other words, region is the main factor affecting the quality of Bupleurum chinense.2、The study of sowing time showed that there were obvious effects on product and active ingredient content.With the sowing time delay, product of Bupleurum chinense were increased at first,and then lowering.And content of the active ingredient were still increasing.The best sowing time of Bupleurum chinense was mid-August.At this time of sowing, product, alcohol extract, saponins a, saponins d of Bupleurum chinense were 1044.58 kg / hm2,22.01%, 0.27%,0.28%,and compared to March planting were increased 25.4%, 17.8%, 17.4%, 12.0%.3、The study of planting methods showed that there were obvious effects on product, active ingredient content and the total economic benefits. The best planting method of Bupleurum chinense was mixed with corn planting. Mixed with corn planting, the total economic benefits, alcohol extract, saponins a and saponins d of Bupleurum chinense were 61778 yuan/ hm2,20.57%, 0.25%,0.29%,and compared to monoculture of Bupleurum chinense were increased74.0%, 16.1%, 13.6%,16.0%.4、The study of planting methods showed that there were obvious effects on Bupleurum biological yield and economic benefits. The best amount of fertilizer of Bupleurum chinense was 375kg/hm2. At this amount of fertilizer,the net income, alcohol extract, saponins a, saponins d respectively were 84779.45 yuan /hm2,22.42%,0.22%,0.33%, and compared to CK, respectively increase of 51.1%,15.0%, 15.8%, 17.9%.5、Suitable topping could improve the quality and economic benefits. The best topping length was 15 cm from the top,that was to say stubble height of Bupleurum chinense was 80 cm.At this topping length, the net income respectively, alcohol extract, saponins a and saponins d were 64543.40 yuan /hm2, 21.32%,0.23%,0.34%,and compared to CK, respectively increase of 11.3%,14.7%,15.0%,17.2%.6、The study of spraying Chlormequat showed that there could significantly reduce plant height,improve the ability of lodging,increase the active ingredient conter and net income of Bupleurum chinense. The best spraying Chlormequat concentrations of Bupleurum chinense was 4g/L. At this Chlormequat concentrations, the net income respectively,alcohol extract, saponins a and saponins d were 41337.10 yuan /hm2, 22.58%,0.24%,0.33%,and compared to CK, respectively increase of 21.7%,15.7%,9.1%,13.8%.
