Escherichia coli disease is caused by Escherichia coli pathogenic serotypes of some chickens, a major cause of bacterial infectious diseases, while the embryo is a very important disease. The major clinical presentation of E.coli was peritonitis, pericarditis, perihepatitis, salpingitis, omphalitis, synovitis, airbag inflammation, granuloma, ophthalmia and other diseases. In chickens, the cause of this disease have a common serotypes O1, O2, O78, followed by O8, O15, O18 and so on. Symptoms of the disease itself or by the E. coli produced in the growth and reproduction caused by virulence factors, many strains produce F1 (Type 1), P (FI 1), red blood cell adhesion molecule and other lectins. These virulence factors enable E. coli can be settled in the respiratory or gastrointestinal mucosa, multiply and invade the blood circulatory system, causing various diseases.Etiology and pathology of the test from the perspective of a farm in Changchun City, 10 dead chickens censorship causes of death of the system. Microbiological examination showed that the dead chickens from the disease of the heart, liver, spleen and intestinal contents could be detected in the red, rounded at both ends of the Gram-negative bacteria; blue staining shows a clear Brevibacterium, and then through molecular biology, biochemical identification, animal testing methods such as regression to the initial diagnosis of E. coli infection in chickens died; observed by negative staining electron microscopy and passage cell lines and chicken embryos for virus isolation, the results were negative, thus excluding viral disease causing death possible; susceptibility test results showed that the strain is only cotrimoxazole, gentamicin, streptomycin and other drugs sensitive to C norfloxacin, enrofloxacin, ampicillin, levofloxacin, etc. highly resistant to most antibiotics.Histopathological results showed that the heart, liver, lung and other organizations have different levels of disease, of which the most obvious liver and lung lesions. Severe pulmonary congestion; liver congestion occurs, hemolysis, and associated with fatty degeneration; myocardial granular degeneration; spleen cell degeneration and necrosis of lesions consistent with E. coli and other pathological changes. It is noteworthy that E. coli in chicken breeding process in vivo virulence factors may be causing some kind of liver steatosis, and then spread through the bloodstream to the lungs, heart and other organs, which the chicks died, changes in the liver can also be used as the disease The show changes in disease.Currently, the chicken E. coli disease in recent years, seriously endangering the major diseases of poultry industry, poultry of all ages can be infected with E. coli, but most occur in young poultry, especially chickens morbidity and mortality rate were higher. The study provided not only for avian E. coli clinical and pathological information on patients, but also for chickens and other animals, the clinical diagnosis of E. coli provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control has important practical significance.
