The Sociological Research Of Construction And Management Mode On Jiamakou Irrigation In Shanxi Province

In our country, the people mainly researched water issues from the perspectives of science and engineering. Some of the deficiencies of the natural sciences and engineering can be made up from a sociological point of view of water issues. Water is the carrier of life and the essential natural resources for the human's production and life. It has an important strategic significance in the national economy and social development.The main research object is Jiamakou of Yuncheng city, Shanxi Province irrigation in this paper. Jiamakou Irrigation is one of the Yellow River for water irrigation area of China. For 50 years, irrigation has made good economic and social benefits, and successfully changed the system from a planned economy to a market economy management. With the document analysis method, the author studies and sorts carefully the management system of Jiamakou irrigation in different periods; using questionnaire survey methods to understand evaluation and appeals of the farmers about the irrigation area; and also on conducted in-depth interviews, interviews with the main irrigation management and some farmers.This study content is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction. This part described the study background and research, explained the research methods and analysis of ideas. On this basis, the concepts were defined and put forward some hypotheses. The second part is the overview of the project area, outlined in the project area's geography, history, climate, economy, technology overview. The third part is the irrigation development process, institutional change and the case study. First of all, development and institutional changes during three times of project areas are described in detail in chronological order, namely, the traditional system of project planning and construction period, growing period of rural reform and development and scientific development concept to lead the modernization of the period; second, the paper describes detailed Jiamakou irrigation management in irrigation district through citing five cases; finally, pointed out some existing problems and shortcomings in Jiamakou Irrigation. The forth part is the conclusion. Echo the previously assumptions; the paper systematically summarizes the functions and significance of the irrigation canal project Jiamakou. Firstly, irrigation project made great contributions to the regional economic, social development and food security; Secondly, innovative ideas, with the times is a healthy and sustainable development of hydraulic power and the source; thirdly, relying on science and technology, improving management, and the establishment of modern management system are the eternal theme; Fourth, properly handle the irrigation district and the beneficial relationship between the people, to seek the best combination of points interactions in and friction; the five, Yellow River irrigation is a strategic movement in Shanxi, which is huge potential. The fifth part is some ideas about the water sociology. The writer points out that the history of the development of human society is a history of water management; water resources belongs to decidedly of the sociology of water due to its multiple attributes; Water plays an important role in national economic and social development. Irrigated agriculture has become the main support in China. Irrigated agriculture links to millions and thousands of farmers has become an important sociological issue that needs carefully to study.
