| ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Allergic Purpura is a common hematal allergic hemorrhagic disease.It may be complicated by damage of kidney and gastroin- testinal tract,and may be fatal. The curative effect is low,the course of treatment is long,the recurrence rate is high and the prognosis of purpuric nephritis cannot be improved by using modern medic ine.To give full play to the feature of 1CM, finding simple and convenient TCM which side effect is small,curative effect is reliable is the trend of development. To attain the aim,we verified the curative effect of Decoction for Cooling Blood and Dissipating Rashes which is self-designed treating AP due to extreme noxious heat through clinical observa- tion.Control group is treated by modern medicine, clinical curative rate and immunologic index (the change of complement C3 and C- reactive protein in serum) was observed. The result proved that Decoction for Cooling Blood and Dissipating Rashes could relieve clinical symptom obviously, cut down complement C3 and C- reactive protein,reduce permeability and fragility of capillary, therefore it can relieve inflammatory reaction as well as damage of issue and organ.Symptom of AP would extinct.The curative effect is prior to modern medicine such as antihislarnine H1,I-12. Basis was provided for clinical treatment for AP by TCM.The exact mechanism remains to be studied further. |
