Recent Developments Of Studies On Emt In Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine And Clinical Analysis Of Cases Treated By Huposan

In this paper, basing on a great deal of literature, I expound recent development of studies on endometriosis in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. From the literature, we can conclude there are two standpoints on etiology and pathogenesis of endometriosis. The first is that blood stasis is the leading factor. The second is deficiency of the vital-qi that includes insufficiency of yang, deficiency of the kidney and so on is principle. Medical sages establish six therapeutical tenets basing on etiology and pathogenesis of endometriosis, among which huo xue hua yu is the most important one. There are different evidences in different medical sages. For example, diagnosis and treatment on the basis of an overall analysis of the illness and the patient抯 condition, different treatments that base the periodic change of BBT. To the development of studies on endometriosis in the medicine of modern times, I discuss doctrines of etiology, studies on pathophysiology, special diagnosis, medications of endometriosis in this paper. In the same time, clinically analyzing 40 cases of endometriosis treated with HuPoSan by Professor Wang Xiu Xia who is my mentor. In this research, forties cases of endometriosis were divided into two groups in random. The first is 24 cases of Chinese traditional medicine; the second is 16 cases of western medicine (danazol). This research shows the total rate of efficiency is 83.3% in the group of Chinese traditional medicine and the total rate of efficiency is 87.5% in the group of western medicine. Management of statistics proves there is no obvious difference in the rates of two groups (P>0.05) and curative effects of danazol and HuPoSan are almost equivalency. The result of treatment prompts that patient of dysgenesia抯 rate of pregnancy after treatment is higher in the3group of Chinese traditional medicine than in the group of western medicine and Chinese traditional medicine has the function of regularizing catamenia that promote restoration of functions of ovaries. HuPoSan have not side effect basically, it is the advantage of this recipe.
