| The reviewingstudy of differentiention class of zfzongyi after suprapubic prostatectomyAbstractObjective:We study the state of patients who have been treated suprapubic prostatectomy, to establish a series of differentiention class of zIlongyi~, research the rule of postoperative complications type distributing, and the rule of type distributing when the microcosmic target is out of the way.Object and methods: We reviewed 270 case of suprapubic prostatectomy. According to the state and operative complications, we establish the questionnaire and the computer date base. Adopting multiple factor statistical method, according to the statistical result, integrating differentiention of syndromes from expert, we progress the study.Result:,1.The study of the collectivity: Six types have been summarized. They are deficiency syndrome of the spleen, sinking of the spleen q~ deficiency of both qi and blood, deficiency of yang of the kidney, deficiency of yin of the kidney and damp-heat complicated with phlepm.2.The study of the postoperative complications and preoperative combined disease: There are 26 case of tuber hyperplasia, among them, deficiency of yang of the kidney 12 case, occupying 46.2%, damp-heat complicated with phlepm 9 case, occupying 34.6%, deficiency of yin of the kidney 5 case, occupying 19.2%. There are 14 case of postoperative hemorrhage of prostate hole, deficiency syndrome of the spleen 5 case, occupying 3 5.7%, deficiency of yin of the kidney complicated with phlemp3 case,occupy 21.4%, damp-beat complicated with phlepm 1 case, occupying 7.1%, deficiency of both qi and blood 5 case, occupying 3 5.7%. There are 37 case of urinary incontinence, among them, deficiency syndrome of the spleen 14 case(contain sinking of the spleen qQ, occupying 37.8%, deficiency of yang of the kidney 23 case, occupying 62.2%. There are 12 case of postoperative urethral stricture,deficiency syndrome of the spleen 7 case, occupying 58.3%, deficiency of yin of the kidney complicated with phlemp 4 casey occupying 33.3%, damp-heat complicated with phlepml case,occupying 8.3%. There are 14 case of epididymitis~ all of them are deficiency of yin of the kidney and complicated with damp-heat. There are 55 case of vesical calculus, among them deficiency syndrome of the spleen 18 case, occupying 32.7%, deficiency of yin of the kidney complicated with phlemplO case, occupying 18.2%, deficiency of yang of the kidney 3 case, occupying 5.5%, damp-heat complicated with phlepm l3case, occupying 23.6%, deficiency of yin of the kidney and complicated with damp-heat 4 case, occupying 7.3%, deficiency of both qi and blood 7 case, occupying 12.7%. There are 14 case of chronic obstructive renal insufficiency before operations deficiency syndrome of the spleen 4 case occupying 28.6%, deficiency of yang of the kidney 9 case, occupying 64.3%, deficiency of yin of the kidney complicated with phlemp 1 case, occupying7.1%.3. The study of microcosmic index: There are 79 case of WBC>10X i09/L after operation~ damp-heat complicated with phlepm 31 case, occupying 39.2%, deficiency of yin of the kidney and complicated with damp-heat24case, occupying 30.40/0, deficiency of yin of the kidney complicated with phlempl4case, occupying 17.7%, deficiency syndrome of the spleen 9case, occupying 11.4%, deficiency of yang of the kidney 1 case, occupying 1.3%. There are 83 case of HGB< I lOg/L after operation 3桽 days, deficiency syndrome of the spleen 23 case, occupying 27.7%, deficiency of both qi and blood 18 casey occupying 21.7%, deficiency of yang of the kidney 16 case,occupying 193%, deficiency of yin of the kidney complicated with phlemp 15 case,occupying 18.1%, damp-heat complicated with phlepm 11 case, occupying 13.3%.There are 39 case of HGB< lOOgIL after operation 3桽 days~ deficiency syndrome of the spleen 9 case, occupying 22%, deficiency of both qiand blood l5case, occupying 36.6%, deficiency of yang ofthe kidney 8 case, occupying 19.5%, deficiency of yin of the kidney complicated with phlemp 7 case, occup...
