Study on Traditional Chinese MedicineTherapy of Chronic Virus Hepatitis BAbstractionStudy on Works of Traditional Chinese MedicineThere is no term of Virus Hepatitis B in classic TCM ~vorks. In term of the character and manifestation this disease is divided into 2 types. One of them, Jaundiced Hepatitis B in western medicine, is categorized as Jaundice in TCM. The other type, none-Jaundiced Hepatitis B refers to Rib-Side Pain, Liver-Fix, Depression Pattern.Different TCM schools have different opinion on Virus Hepatitis B. Most of them explain it along the dampness heat toxin blood stasis deficiency. Generally speaking, there are 3 kinds of opinions as following: I .dampness toxin. 2.toxin.3.latent qi. Therapeutics also has several different ways: whole body syndrome differentiation and modification; syndrome differentiation; syndrome and disease differentiation; etiologic therapy; internal therapy combined with external therapyClinical StudyClinical documents of 130 I-IBV patients1.Primary clinical information2.Standards of adoption of involved patients3.Standards of exclusion of involved patients4.Standards of evaluating the cure effect5.Therapeutics:differentiationgroup-controllinggroup (70); unified prescription group-contrasting group (60).(1)Prescription referring to lab梤esult(2)The usage of external therapeutics(3)Psychology and daily routine on therapy(4)Regular check StatisticsResult:There is statistical difference between the data of the two group. The differentiation group has a higher rate of clinical recovering than the unified prescription group.Analysis of Clinical data1.The relationship between age and cure effect: the younger , the better result.2.The relationship between gender and cure effectfemale has a less occurrence and a better result than male.3.The relationship between different differentiation types and cure effect: The cure effect of 4 types is as following : accumulation of dampness 梙eat > liver stagnation and spleen deficiency> blood stasis> liver and kidney yin deficiency4.The relationship between seasons and recurrence:There are more patients seeking medical advice and more abnormal ALT recurrences from March to August than the other months, and less patients from November to next February.5.The cure effect of Liaogan Plaster to the syndrome of rib-side pain: The Liaogan Plaster group has a better alleviation to the syndrome of rib-side pain than none plaster group-.6.The rate of syndrome alleviation: Different types have different occurence rate of syndrome; The differentiation group has a better cure effect of all kinds of syndromes then the unified prescription group.7.The level of HBV-DNA PCR of each type:dampness-heat accumulation liver-kidney yin deficiency blood stasis8.The relationship between the level of ALT andH13V-DNA PCR(1 )We can draw the conclusion from the clinical data of 1 0 patients that there is no direct relationship between the level of ALT and V1BV-DNA PCR.(2)There is no direct relationship between serum HBV (serum hepatitis B antibody and antigen) and the level of HBV-DNA: \Ve can not know the proximate level of HBV in term of serum HBV system. So the check of HBV-DNA PCR can not be substituted by ALT the checks of ALT and serum HBV system.ConclusionI .Identify patterns and determining treatment canprovide the best cure effect to Virus Hepatitis Bin all kinds of TCM therapy.6.The principle of individual treatment helps to improve the cure effect.7.There are some problems in TCM therapy and research.
