Discussion On The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And The Regulation Of Chinese Medicine Pieces In Beijing And Shenzhen

"The drawer position of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)" is the arrangement according to the name of drug on the surface of medicine cabinet. At present, there is not unified arrangement rule to "the drawer position of TCM" in our country which is not conductive to the development of Chinese medicine in the direction of normalization and standardization. The dispensing work of Chinese medicine has an influence on the quality of dispensing, and it is very important that it associated with the efficacy and safety of prescription. There are no unified regulations of dispensing and adjustment in our country, and there are also big discrepancies between the north and the south. In order to promote the healthy development of Chinese drugs pharmaceutics and clinical traditional Chinese pharmacology, and normalize the industry of Chinese medicine, it is indispensable and important to analyze the layout rules of "the drawer position of TCM" and regulations of dispensing and adjustment. Based on this, in this thesis, the layout rules of "the drawer position of TCM" are discussed, and then take some study of regulations of dispensing and adjustment at the same time. The thesis is divided into two parts as following.The first part, research on the layout rules of "the drawer position of TCM"."The drawer position of TCM" is the layout rules of drawer of Chinese medicine. The reasonable layout rules of drawer not only improve quality and reduce errors in the dispensing and to ensure which use of the drug is safe and effective, but also improve the regulating speed of dispensing person, and reduce the working intensity. Firstly, this section elaborates "the drawer position of TCM" systematically include the brief introduction of "the spectrum of drawer of TCM", and method, announcement, procedure, significance of the layout. Secondly, this section investigates the current situation of the "The drawer position of TCM" to different levels of hospitals in Beijing. It analyzes dispensary of TCM of seven hospital which include Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Dongzhimen hospital of Beijing university of Chinese medicine, Beijing hospital of National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China, China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Huguosi hospital of Beijing university of Chinese medicine, Guangwai hospital of Xicheng district of Beijing, Xuanwu pharmacy of Beijing tongrentang respectively, then to find out the advantages and shortcomings of drawer layout and horizontal comparative analysis. Through the comparative study, this thesis puts forward the layout rules of "the drawer position of TCM", and it can be divided into the following several aspects:(1) Chinese medicine name of drawer spectrum. Using the medicine name according to the "pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China (2010edition)"(2) The order of drug name. Each drug drawer should be divided into three drug lattice according to the modern people’s reading habits from outside to inside; The name of drug in outer drug lattice should be written on the upper part of drawer surface, the middle one should be written on the left side, the inside one should be written on the right side.(3) The layout of drawer surface. The writing layout of drug name of drawer surface should follow the traditional habits, the upper name should be written crossly, the bilateral name should be written vertically.(4) Font of drug name. Regular script is the best, official script is followed.(5) The layout of "the drawer position of TCM". It puts forward the layout rules of "the drawer position of TCM" which include new hospital, general hospital and specialized subject hospital. The layout method commonly is follow:the new hospital should design layout according to the function, the specialized subject hospital should design layout according to application characteristics of drug, the general hospital should design layout according to application frequency and function of drug. Then the paper put forward the layout rules of the local drawer position (including carbon drugs, fine material drugs, poison and anesthetic drugs, powder drugs). In addition, it also carry on the investigation and analysis to small package’s medicinal slices in Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Huguosi hospital of Beijing university of Chinese medicine, and come up with the layout rules. In this paper, based on the research of the drawer spectrum, expect to provide reference for unified layout rules of "the drawer position of traditional Chinese medicine" in our country.The second part, research on regulations of dispensing and adjustment of Chinese medicinal slices. The regulations of dispensing and adjustment of Chinese medicinal slices is the process which is make up a prescription with Chinese medicine slices (including bulk Chinese medicinal slices, small packaging Chinese medicinal slices and formula granules)by dispensing person and use for patients under the guidance of TCM theory and prescription. It is an important link to Chinese medicine from production and processing to clinical application; it is also an important part to dispensing work. The regulations of dispensing and adjustment of Chinese medicinal slices is the normalized process to every step of dispensing. The technology of dispensing, use habits and specifications of the slices (processed products) is different across the north and the south in China due to discrepancies in history, geography and academic genres, there are not yet a unified regulations of dispensing and adjustment of Chinese medicinal slices.we expect to form a unified national regulations and make further exploration through compare the typical regulations of dispensing and adjustment of the south (series of standards and norms of Chinese medicine in the Shenzhen (the third volume) traditional Chinese medicine prescription and dispensing technology) and north (Beijing Chinese medicine slices regulations) in this section. Firstly, this section introduces the thinking of research on the regulations of dispensing and adjustment of Chinese medicinal slices.Secondly, it is comparative research on the regulations of dispensing and adjustment of Beijing and Shenzhen, include introduction, prescription dispensing practice to cope with and comparative analysis of operating procedures. Thirdly, there is the normative research on dispensing procedures of medicinal slices of bulk and small package, Chinese medicine granules. The author believes that Chinese medicine dispensing should follow these rules:(1) The aim of dispensing and adjustment is ensure the quality of regulation and enhance the efficiency of dispensing.(2) To normalize prescription of each Chinese medicine and processing specifications follow the name in the pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China and encode according to information of source, medicinal part, efficacy, processing methods.(3) Strict to quality of Chinese medicinal slices.(4) Make accurate at dispensing and adjustment in accordance with the prescription strictly.(5) Strict to the legal dose of toxic drugs and medicinal fierce drugs.(6) To grasp the compatible taboo and fear of Chinese traditional medicine strictly (7) To formulate the cope with principle of the national unified standard.(8) Do a good job in herbal medication consultation and service patients.(9)To increase the education background level of regulate personnel, and junior college of staff or above is entitled to this work.(10) Strengthen the legal responsibility of work. Paper probes into the regulations of dispensing and adjustment of Chinese medicinal bulk slices, including ten links:quality inspection, storage, loading, prescriptions, invoicing, allocate, review, packaging, dispensing consultation. Paper also presents dispensing regulations of medicinal slices of small package, including seven links:storage, loading, prescriptions, invoicing, allocate, review, packaging, dispensing consultation. The regulations of dispensing and adjustment of Chinese medicinal slices from this paper laid a good foundation to developing unified regulations of dispensing and adjustment in our country.Up to now, there is not literature reported about the layout rules of "the drawer position of TCM" and regulations of dispensing and adjustment in our country. In order to promote the healthy development of Chinese drugs pharmaceutics, this paper put forward the layout rules of "the drawer position of TCM" and procedures of dispensing and adjustment base on comparative results of the current situation of the "the drawer position of TCM" to different levels of hospitals in Beijing and comparative results of the typical regulations of dispensing and adjustment of the south and north, expect to provide reference for unified layout rules of "the drawer position of traditional Chinese medicine" and regulations of dispensing and adjustment in our country, make due contribution to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
