Objective To deeply explore and evaluate the statistic methods applied in the analysison the influential factors of the quality of life of gastric carcinoma patients.Methods Several multivariate analysis methods are used to analyze the data collectedby surveying the gastric carcinoma patients in Fuzhou. By comparing the results ofstatistical analysis of the methods, the suitability of these methods are evaluated anddiscussed, especially on the newly developed LISREL model.Results At the 0.20 significance level, we draw the conclusion that: Group analysisshow that the influential factors on psychological condition are: age, survival durationand medical status. The weight is 83.9%; on physical condition is: age. The weight is88.6%; on social condition are: age and income. The weight is 92.4%.Logistic regression analysis shows that the influential factors of the quality of life areage, checkup, survival duration, the method of surgery, and culture level.
