| To observe the effect of QiangganXiaozhi Capsule(QC) on the Fatty liver and liver impaired mice induced with different methods. The models we used in this experiment are the fatty mice induced by ethionine(DL-E), acute liver impaired mice in duced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)and Ethanol, the liver cirrhosis rats induced by the compound factors, acute acute hyperlipidemia mice and the hepatectomy mice, etc. In (DL-E) preparation, QC can decrease the content of triglyceride (TG) in liver but increase that of blood β-lipoprotein and glucose, at the same time, the contents of cholesterol(CH) and blood fat have the trend to be increased. QC can decrease the content of malonyl dialdehyde(MDA) and TG of liver remarkbly which is injured by CCl4 and ethanol and , decrease that of alanine transaminase (ALT) in blood and bood fat significantly, however, QC can increase that of hepatic glycogen. The mice survival rate is higher than that of liver cirrhosis induced by compound factors. The contents of ALT and aspartate aminofransfer -ase(AST) of blood serum are lower than that of model control, the content of CH has the trend to deerease while totalprotein(TP) increase The content of glycogen ofliver was increased signifecantly while that of hydroxyproline(Hyp)decreased. These indexes in high dose are the mostobviou s. In the mice hyqerliperlipemia, the content of TG in blood is decreased. significantly while that of glycogen in liver increased. The weight of the liver which has been cut partly and the conten of protein(Pr) in liver were incrensed signifecantly. The content of the ribonucleic acid(RNA) has the trend to increase without signifecance and that of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) has no obvious change. The result shows that QC has obvious lipotropic function. Its mechanism may be related with its function.to promote the synthesis of Pr in liver, increase the capacity of anti-oxidation of body, restrain the formation of MDA and collagen, prevent the hyperplasia of procollagen. The QC has the live protective function. |
