| The cause of Infertility is very complex , Immunologic Infertility, as a new question ,has been recognized in recent years, The incidence of disease rises year after year . Studies found that there were about 20-40 percent patient owning to immunologic reason. Antisperm Antibody (AsAb) is the primary reason of all. With flourishing development of reproduce immunology , the immunologic reason and treatment have become one hot spot in the immunology field, For being dispute on the etiolog > pathology -. mechanism and treatment means of this disease, treatment still stay on the stage of accumulating experiences. In this article, I have sumed up a great deal of lately document about immunologic infertility with Antisperm Antibody this years .At the same time, based on experience of my tutor ,1 have observed 62 cases of immunologic infertility with AsAb treated by TianJingShuiMiWan ,In result ,the curative rate was 46.77 percent and the effective rate was 75.81 percent . Research indicated TianJingShuiMiWan could balance human body's function of immunty from disease. Consequently it raised the rate of conception. Besides , this reseach offered one safe and valid new way for clinical treatment.
