| Objectives : The wound lotion is one of the numerous kinds ointment which dispel the skin saprophytic. It is one of the traditional drugs produced by the affiliated hospital of Shan dong University of traditional Chinese medicine. It can expel wind , dispel dampness, remove swelling, relieve pain, relieve toxicity and arrest ulcer. It can promote traumatism healing, prevent contracture of scar hardens and excessive, including intern disease, such as diabetes. Through examining clinically for a long time, the result is reliable. This experiment , applied with technological means and microcosmic observation, is to study itMethods: 30 Wistar rats , male andjfemale are half and half, 5~6 months old, 220~260g, divided into 3 groups at random. Cut off 2cm skin leant towards the right side in the back, deep into the membrane of the lower muscle. Three groups are treated respectively, that is : A group(blank group); B group( Long-Zhu ointment, 2mm deep), C group (wound lotion+gelatin sponge). Through the gross specimen,optics and electron microscope, we observed the measure and healing of wound area.Results: The granulation of B and C groups formed earlier than that of A group. So did the wound healing. The fibroblast and collagenus fiber of B and C groups appeared earlier ,arranged regularly than that of blank group. Statistics showed there is no obvious difference between B and C groups.Conclusion: The wound lotion has extrodinary effects on promoting the wound healing. Through our further study, it must has a broad clinical appliance.
