| Objective:To investigate the influence of Bao Sheng Decoction(given BCD)on sperm lesion letdown in mice and provided data for further study and clinical practice.Methods:The testises of male mice were taken into the warm bath in 43 within 20 minters changing the spermatogenic lesion letdown model, and those mices were randomly divided into three groups, respective ig BSD,Wu Zi Yan Zong Decoction(given WZYZD)and Normal Saline and having taken medicine for two weeks. Another mices was builted the normal group.The testicular tissue was observed as well and measure the number ,motility of sperms ,the weight of the testicles,epididymis and body.Result: 1.The pathology of the injured testicular organs were restored remarkably by BSD group and better than that in WZYZD group and Model group in mice.2.The number and motility of sperms could remarkably raise byBSD group than that in WZYZD group(p<0.01) in mice.3.BSD group could raise the weight of the testis and Epididymis better than that in WZYZD group(0.01 |
